Army’s Bruce Conrad drunkenly sleeps on sidewalk in front of Clarksville hotel

49-year-old U.S. Army Soldier Bruce Conrad was found sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the Hampton Inn & Suites near Exit 4 just before 5 a.m. on July 22. Officers responded to a call from hotel staff and awakened Conrad, who stated an Uber had dropped him off at the wrong hotel. He was extremely intoxicated and refused multiple officers to arrange a ride back to his correct hotel. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Yada owner Darla Knight & daughter Morgan jailed on felony aggravated burglary charges in Nashville

56-year-old Darla Knight, owner of Yada on Franklin, and her 30-year-old real estate agent Daughter, Morgan Knight, were both charged with aggravated burglary when they broke into Morgan’s ex-boyfriend’s house, stealing and destroying his property, and emptying a bottle of lube on his bed.

Around 9:30 p.m. on July 20th, MNPD responded to a possible aggravated burglary at 24th Ave; when they arrived, they spoke to the victim, Raymond William Johnson III. Raymond told officers that he had camera footage showing a 2011 Black Chevrolet Suburban pulling into his driveway and then Darla and Morgan Knight exiting the vehicle. Officers reported Darla and Morgan were able to be identified via the footage without question, and the registration of the Chevy Suburban showed that it was registered to Darla Knight. The door was broken into as if someone punched the deadbolt, per the report. The footage shows Darla pointing to the camera as if she planned on committing the burglary without Raymond knowing, officers noted.

When police spoke to Raymond, he said that he and Morgan had broken up in June on amicable terms. He said that he had just recently started seeing another woman. Raymond showed police a text message that Morgan sent his mother stating that she saw notes in their house from the other woman, and that is why the relationship was over. Police found a note on Raymond’s chalkboard with Morgan’s signature under it reading, ” Do not call me or try to reach out. I hope you two live your best life. I only took what was mine.” During the investigation, police found broken picture frames, an entire bottle of lubricant poured onto Raymond’s bed, drywall damage, and all of Raymond’s schoolwork wiped from his computer, valued at over $16,000 for the semester. They took several items, including bedding and curtains, valued over $1,100 as well as caused over $880 of damage to other household items. Raymond’s Glock 19 pistol was also stolen with a value of over $2,000.

Tiffany Timko took money, didn’t provide puppy; jailed, banned from AKC

23-year-old Tiffany Timko was jailed on June 30 and charged with theft after she agreed to sell a Cane Corso puppy to a person but never provided the puppy, despite taking the money. The victim provided police with a copy of the signed contract between the parties and receipts showing payments to Timko for $3,274 via CashApp and Zelle. When initially contacted by police, Timko stated she could not locate any documents for the victim and was dumbfounded by the accusation.

In addition to criminal charges, Timko has been suspended from the American Kennel Club (AKC) for ten years, and a $2,000 fine was imposed for violation of their inappropriate treatment of animals policy. In 2021, Timko was additionally charged with cruelty to animals. She continues to post ads on social media advertising her “full-time doggy boarding/doggy daycare” from her home in Clarksville.

Soldier Trevor Calhoun jailed after drunkenly fighting with other soldiers

23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Trevor Calhoun was involved in a fight with fellow soldiers just after 10 p.m. on June 15 on Robb Avenue. Officers arrived to find him with bloody clothing and injuries to his face. He would not provide the names of the multiple people who assaulted him, only confirming they were fellow soldiers. He was visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol. He admitted to having “two drinks” earlier in the night. Due to the multiple calls about the fight and his condition, Calhoun was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Soldier Matthew Thornton charged with assaulting wife with vehicle during argument

22-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Matthew Thornton was jailed after hitting his wife with his vehicle. The couple had an argument on June 18, during which he grabbed the phone from his wife, Bailey Thornton. She says she tried to retrieve the phone as her husband got into his vehicle, but he placed the vehicle into reverse, causing the passenger door to impact her body. She says after she was hit by the door, she jumped out of the way and was worried he was going to run over her. Officers documented minor injuries to the victim.

40-year-old Melissa Woods is charged with child abuse of her 12-year-old son after admitting to slapping him in the face multiple times until he suffered a nosebleed. She told police the child was “being disrespectful and cursing” at her, so she advised him to stop, or she would “pop him in the mouth.” When he continued, she slapped him in the face multiple times.

Austin Mellender charged with credit card fraud on Amazon account

18-year-old Austin Mellender is charged with credit card fraud after making purchases on an Amazon Account for which he was not authorized. Lisha Williams advised that an unauthorized purchase for $312, and another for $235, had been made on her Amazon account, and one was being delivered to Two Guys Automotive on Hwy 48. The owner advised an employee’s son was expecting a package there, and police made contact with Mellender, who confessed to the fraud. He stated his current phone number previously belonged to Williams, allowing him access to her Amazon account.

Police say 27-year-old Shirley Evans was trying a “new sex act” on her husband, Devin Evans, when he told her to stop, which led to an argument between the two. Both parties were extremely intoxicated, and Devin says he pushed her off of the bed, and the argument was over at that time. She called 911 and reported her husband hit her and disconnected the call. She then followed him downstairs as he tried to get away from the situation. She reportedly then slapped him and began a new assault on him, before answering the callback from 911. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

29-year-old Martavious Votaw, known locally as “Sam Go Hard,” called 911 just after 2 a.m. on June 11 to report his girlfriend, OnlyFans superstar Alyssa Hoffman (Jewel Next Door), cut him with a pair of scissors. Officers responded to the Dunbar Cave Road residence, where Alyssa stated she was attempting to make Votaw leave her residence as an argument turned physical. She says she went to put Votaw’s computer outside, and he became enraged and “flung her around the room.” She says she was then pushed to the ground, and may have used the scissors in self-defense. Officers observed multiple bruises on the arms of Alyssa and documented them in photographs. Votaw was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

One of Fort Campbell’s finest charged with DUI during wild ride — Carson Dempsey

19-year-old Fort Campbell 15U Chinook mechanic Carson Dempsey was driving his grey Ford F-150 on the afternoon of June 10 when he passed a sheriff’s department deputy at 75 mph in a 55 mph zone while swerving all across the road. The deputy was actually en route to multiple calls about the same vehicle driving recklessly. He conducted a traffic stop and immediately smelled alcohol coming from Dempsey. Dempsy stated he had “two or three beers” before driving, but inside the vehicle was an empty bottle of vodka, an empty bottle of rum, and an almost empty bottle of vodka. Dempsey was transported to jail, where he faces multiple charges.

23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Trent Geer ran through a ditch near the Exxon on Dover Road just before 2 a.m. on June 10 and was found with his airbags deployed and two front flat tires by responding officers. He stated he “might have caught the corner of the ditch” when asked what happened. He admitted to consuming two Pabst Blue Ribbon beers before driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was transported to Tennova for a blood draw, and then to booking.

18-year-old Tatiana Bacon was traveling behind a sheriff’s deputy just before 2 a.m. on June 10 when it became apparent she was accelerating at a high rate of speed and then following too closely. Another officer conducted a traffic stop on Bacon, who was driving the vehicle. She told police she was “going from one party to another” and had consumed “four Twisted Teas” prior to driving. She reeked of alcohol and had trouble standing, according to officers.

23-year-old Marianna Key & 29-year-old Cody Miracle were jailed on June 4th after a citizen found their 3-year-old son wandering and playing in the middle of Rossview Road. Officers went to the home that several neighbors pointed them to and found Marianna and Cody, who were not aware their son was missing or in a nearby roadway. The child was taken into DCS custody.

Johnny Leamon attacks man in restroom of Pinnacle Bowling Alley over sexual assault allegations

34-year-old Johnny Leamon was at a family gathering at Pinnacle Bowling Alley on June 3. Also at the venue was his wife’s cousin, Jeffery Swafford. As Swafford exited the restroom, he heard his name being called by Leamon. He move to shake his hand when Leamon suddenly punched him in the face. Leamon was escorted out of the venue by Michel Poole, but police contacted him via phone. He admitted to the assault and explained he punched the victim in the face due to allegations that he sexually assaulted a family member. Officers documented significant bruising and swelling to the victim’s face, along with a laceration.
