Chase Harrison punches girlfriend multiple times during dispute

22-year-old Chase Harrison was booked on an outstanding warrant from October 23rd when he assaulted his girlfriend. Earlier that day, police were called to Walnut Street due to a verbal dispute between Harrison and Jayla Wright. Once the officers left the scene, Jayla tried to get her phone back from Harrison but was pushed down several times by him while she was holding their child. According to Jayla, while she was on the ground, Harrison punched her in the chest and side numerous times. Jayla then took the child and drove away in her car. She then met with police on Baltimore Road to report the second incident.

DUI: Brandon Shaw has “4 drinks containing Vodka” before driving

44-year-old Brandon Shaw was booked on November 14th when officers observed him speeding down Dover Road. He was clocked going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone and was pulled over at the Exxon gas station. While speaking with Mr. Shaw, officers noticed the odor of alcohol coming from his vehicle and asked him to step out. He exited his vehicle and used the patrol vehicle to hold himself up while he admitted to the police that he had four drinks containing vodka. Additionally, there was a spilled bottle of alcohol observed in plain sight on the passenger’s floorboard. He was then asked to consent to sobriety tests, which he performed poorly, and was taken into custody.

Robert White hides behind truck, tells officers he had “quite a bit” to drink

25-year-old Robert White was jailed on November 10th police responded to Horace Crow Drive for a welfare check on a man hiding behind a truck. When the caller approached Mr. White, he stumbled away. When police arrived, they observed White to be unsteady on his feet, smelling of alcohol, and slurring as told officers that he had “quite a bit” to drink. He explained that he had been drinking liquor that night. He was deemed a danger to himself and was placed into custody. During a pat down, officers discovered a loaded Glock 43 9mm handgun tucked in his waistband.

Ketania Hall punches boyfriend in face during infidelity dispute

19-year-old Ketania Auree was jailed on November 11th after police responded to a fight on Lexington Drive. Upon arrival, police observed Jeremiah Mann and Ketania outside. Ketania was irate, yelling about her boyfriend kicking her out of the apartment. She stated that he was outside with friends and had left his phone in the room they shared together. She went through his phone and discovered he was cheating on her with other women. She confronted him by standing at the door, preventing him from entering the bedroom, and began punching him in the face. Ketania told police that Jeremiah pushed her to avoid being hit. Jeremiah’s mother was in a neighboring room and heard the commotion. She tried to separate the couple, but Ketania became aggressive, yelling at the mother to put her hands on her. Ketania also has a previous history of domestic assault, with a previous incident being as recent as May 2023.

23-year-old Christian Polk was jailed on November 11th after he threatened to shoot his sister over an argument about their pets. Destiny Polk advised that she saw a holster on Christian and was in fear for her life, so she got away from him and called the police. Officers contacted Christian, but he refused to talk and was taken into custody.

DUI: Christian Montes attempts hit and run, ends up in ditch

21-year-old Christian Montes was booked on November 12th after a hit and run on Needmore and Whitfield Road. Montes, The driver of a black Honda Civic, hit a black Toyota 4 Runner and left the scene. The driver of the Toyota was able to get a good look at Montes’ license plate and told officers that the driver of the Honda was acting oddly. Montes was found in his vehicle in a ditch on the side of East Trenton Road. He smelled like alcohol and had an open container in his car. He performed poorly on sobriety tests and was transported to Tennova for a blood sample. This is Montes’ second DUI. It was later discovered that he was also driving on a revoked license as of August 26th, 2023, for failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Brandon Fenner drunk and disorderly at Billy’s bar and grill

28-year-old Brandon Fenner was booked on November 10th after police responded to Billy’s Bar and Grill for an unwanted guest. The employee told officers that Fenner was asked to leave several times and refused. They stated that he was being aggressive with them and with other customers. Officers found Fenner outside of the bar in his gold Chevrolet 1500. The officers explained that the staff at Billy’s wanted him to leave, so he drove off, away from the business, only to immediately park in the middle of the road. The police asked him to move his car and watched him as he ran through stop signs and over a concrete curb. He parked his vehicle and began to speak with officers. At this time, officers could smell the alcohol coming from his body. He declined sobriety tests, breath samples, and a blood sample. While searching his vehicle, officers found two beer cans in the cooler and a partially full can in the center console. This was Fenner’s first DUI.

Tyshawn Sneed hits girlfriend in the head during argument

25-year-old Tyshawn Sneed was booked on November 3rd after complaints of a domestic altercation on Woody Hills Drive. Destiny Hill stated that she and her boyfriend were arguing when he began walking toward her aggressively. At that point, she began scratching at his face, and he struck her in the head. Police observed scratches on Mr. Sneed’s neck and face. Ms. Hill had no apparent injuries. The complainant, Gweyn Wedlaw, told police that the argument and physical altercation between Mr. Sneed and Ms. Hill was very much mutual. Officers determined both parties to be the primary aggressor and were both booked. There is a history of domestic assault between the couple.

Tyler Towne strangles, assaults girlfriend on floor during dispute

25-year-old Tyler Towne was booked on an outstanding warrant from 2019 when he assaulted his ex-girlfriend after an argument turned hostile. On November 4th, 2019, Candace Richardson reported that a few days prior, on Halloween night, she had returned home to find Mr. Towne sitting in the living room drinking alcohol. They argued over their living situation as they were separated but living in the same home. Mr. Towne then got in her face and began yelling and screaming while backing Ms. Richardson into a corner. She pushed him to get him away, he pushed her back, and they started fighting on the floor. Mr. Towne then began strangling Ms. Richardson. Once he let her go, she ran and locked herself in a room. The following day, she packed her things and moved out. She advised that she didn’t call the police that night because she was too afraid, but once she saw the bruises she acquired from the assault, she felt she needed to report it. Officers observed bruises on Ms. Richardson’s arms, and a warrant was issued for Mr. Towne.

39-year-old Justin Napper was jailed on November 8th after assaulting his wife on Ringgold Road. Ashley Glasman told police that on October 31st, she and her husband had gotten into a fight about the cats in the house. Glasman advised that Napper tried to hit the cats with the baseball bat. He ended up missing and destroying the cat tree. Ashley then tried to stop her husband from hurting the cats but was hit and strangled. She had marks on her lips and arms. She described the strangulation as a “rear naked choke,” an MMA maneuver often seen in the UFC.

25-year-old Kali Nettles was jailed on November 8th for assaulting her mother after she showed up at her house unexpectedly. When officers arrived on the scene, they observed Tyra Nettles-Bentley on top of her daughter in the front yard. She appeared to be restraining her. The officers separated the two and asked Tyra what happened. She said she came by to check on her daughter, Kali Emonie Nettles because she was concerned about her well-being. According to Tyra, her daughter became agitated and punched her in the face as she tried to walk out the door. Tyra admitted that she hit Kali back, and they ended up in the backyard, where officers found them upon arrival. Tyra had cuts on her arms and her left eye, which needed medical attention.

33-year-old Austin Rehfield was booked on November 8th after trespassing at Gold’s Gym on Needmore Road the day before. An employee advised that on November 3rd, Rehfield was banned from the gym. When he showed up again on the 7th, the employee asked him to leave. Rehfield asked the employee his name and said he would “come find him.” He left the location as soon as the employee called the police.

James Heggie runs over car wash employee during dispute

74-year-old James Horace Heggie was booked on November 8th after intentionally hitting a Take 5 Car Wash employee with his truck on Madison Street. Antonio Rivera advised that he and Heggie had gotten into a verbal dispute in regard to property in the bed of Heggie’s truck while he was trying to go through the car wash. During the dispute, Rivera asked Heggie to leave the property several times. The argument moved from the office to the parking lot near Heggie’s truck. Rivera advised that Heggie then reversed and hit him with his truck. Heggie told officers he wasn’t aware that Rivera was behind his truck. He thought he had walked off and believed Rivera intentionally got behind the truck to be hit. Video surveillance showed Heggie getting into his truck, looking up, observing Rivera behind the vehicle, and proceeding to back up. Heggie was placed into custody for aggravated assault.

Bianca Frias jailed for violating bond conditions of drinking alcohol at her home again

30-year-old Bianca Frias was booked, once again, for violating her COR, which prohibits her from consuming or being in possession of alcohol. On November 7th, officers responded to Silver Fox Lane to find Ms. Frias drunk in a running Honda Civic that was parked in her driveway. Officers were able to easily identify Ms. Frias due to previous arrests. When officers made contact with Ms. Frias, they immediately noticed the odor of alcohol and asked Ms. Frias to perform sobriety tests. The officers reviewed Ring doorbell camera footage that showed Ms. Frias returning home with her four-year-old daughter, proving that she was driving her vehicle while drunk. She was taken into custody, and a warrant for a blood sample was issued. The four-year-old daughter was left in the care of her father. Ms. Frias has a a history of charges pertaining to alcohol.

Soldier Isileli Rivas threatens to shoot friend at party

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Isileli Falemahafu Rivas was jailed on November 5th after pulling a gun out on his friend. Trevor Zandt told police he had a party with some friends after work. At some point, he had gotten into an altercation with his friends outside his home. During the dispute, his friend, Rivas, threatened him by aiming a tan-handled firearm at him. The next day, the incident was confirmed when officers reviewed surveillance footage and saw Rivas in possession of the gun that was partially concealed in his jacket pocket. DUI: Aaron Hillis caught with alcohol and handgun in his car

29-year-old Aaron Hillis was booked on November 6th after officers observed a gray Nissan Versa with a non-functional brake light. When the officers approached the car, they immediately smelled the odor of alcohol and saw a handgun clearly in the center console area. They asked Hillis to step out of the vehicle and consent to field sobriety tests. He was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on sobriety tests. A search of his car yielded multiple containers of alcohol. Hillis refused a blood sample, but a warrant was secured, and he was transported to Sango ER before booking.

William Allen III charged with fraud after voting in 2020 presidential election

44-year-old William Allen was indicted by The Grand Jury on August 8th for attempting to vote in Montgomery County in November of 2020. Allen was convicted for reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon out of Shelby County in February of 1998, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver, along with being in possession of a handgun as a convicted felon in November 2006. Allen is not entitled to register or vote in an election due to his felony charges and has been charged with Voter Registration Fraud.

Christopher Collins punches wife numerous times for turning over in bed

40-year-old Christopher Collins, an employee within the US Department of Defense, was booked on October 25th after assaulting his wife on Fairhaven Drive. Anna Collins was on the phone with dispatch, who advised the officers en route that she was being punched. When officers arrived, they observed Anna with a large bruise on the right side of her face along with her right eye almost swollen shut. She explained that she had turned over in bed, and her hand touched her husband’s neck and ear area. He then punched her numerous times in the face, back, and kidney. When police spoke with Collins, he said that while in bed, his wife twisted his ear, and he got mad, so he began hitting her. Officers observed Collins with busted and bloody knuckles. Both were transported to the Tennova Emergency Room to treat their injuries.
