28-year-old Brandon Bassett is jailed in lieu of a $250,000 bond after being indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on 5 counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 years of age. The incidents occurred on five days in October of 2020 when the victim was 11-years-old.
Brandon Michael Bassett, of 717 Peachers Mill Road, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 23 on the outstanding charges. His bond is set at $250,000.
