35-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Brenton “Brent” Hudgens was jailed after he reportedly assaulted his very young son in the stomach and then assaulted his wife, Kate Hudgens, and restrained her while preventing her from using her phone to call 911 when she confronted him about it. She was able to activate her Vivint panic alarm who contacted the police on her behalf.
Brenton Ray Hudgens was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 2nd, charged with two counts of domestic assault and one count of interference with an emergency 911 call. He is free on a $7,500 cash bond to his 1136 Black Oak Circle address in Clarksville.
