Matthew Grigsby says the mother of his child, 39-year-old Diliana Harvey, attempted to punch him in the face, and did bite his back, on May 3rd during an argument on Whitehall Drive. When police interviewed Harvey, she admitted to jumping on the victim’s back and biting him.
Diliana Manuela Harvey was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 3rd, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $500 cash bond.
