Clarksville Police say 30-year-old Blake Tyler Frey crashed his red Dodge Journey into a utility pole on Princeton Circle. Witnesses reported he walked away from the crash, and officers located him several houses away from the crash, stumbling and under the influence with constricted pupils. He was transported to Tennova for treatment of his injuries and charged with DUI. After discharge from the Emergency Department, he refused to leave the property at 5:03 a.m. and was additionally charged with trespassing on hospital property.
Blake Tyler Frey of Indian Hills Mound in Goodlettsville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 16th, charged with driving under the influence and criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,500.
