33-year-old Terry Bailey Nix is charged with vandalism after his wife, Ashley Nix, says he took her phone during an argument and threw it, which caused it to no longer function. Officers interviewed Terry Nix, who admitted to throwing the phone. He was transported to booking and charged with vandalism.
