50-year-old David Marks is charged with domestic assault after his girlfriend, Alexis Alberson, says he hit her several times on February 27. The two were drinking at their home when an argument ensued. She says he attempted to hit her multiple times, and she had to barricade herself in a bathroom, in fear for her safety.
David Lester Marks of Bonny Castle Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 27th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.
