STATEMENT FROM THE DAYCARE

“We were deeply saddened to learn an incident occurred between one of our students and a staff member at our facility (Tylertown Learning Center) on Tylertown Road. The same day our director conducted an investigation that concluded in the staff member being terminated. The student’s family as well as the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) and the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) were immediately contacted to report what had occurred,” representatives said in a statement. “Both DCS and CPD sent representatives to investigate what had transpired. Due to the nature of the incident, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) became involved and sent agents to investigate. Our senior leadership and staff have fully cooperated with the authorities as they conducted their investigations. It is our policy to fully cooperate with these authorities when dealing with the safety and welfare of our students and staff. We have also supported the family of the student and will continue to do so through the conclusion of this process.”

  1. I’m curious why CPD didn’t file charges since they investigated. Did they also give special treatment to get because of the defendant’s father? Most people I know are taken into custody fairly quickly especially when abuse of a child is the focus.

  2. The Montgomery County Sheriff, Fuson, stated that there were no charges being looked at a few weeks ago, then BAM! Sheriff Fuson has no integrity and needs to be removed from office immediately.

  3. She is the one who’s father, the sheriff, did all he could to shield her from these charges. He should lose his job for interference in an ongoing investigation. And I agree, looks like she went through the ugly Forrest and ran into every tree in it.

  4. Hope she learns from her mistakes & moves on with her life .
& @joesmith ……. don’t be an asshole dude , we all make mistakes

    1. the SHERIFF’s Brother got caught playing ” Choking The Chicken ” in a City Park & his Daughter is supposedly Abusing Children ?

WTH ! Is going on in the FUSON family ?

  5. wishing everybody involved in this situation the best .
we ALL make mistakes , the secret is to learn from them & move on .

  6. Yes, Sheriff Fuson did all what’s in his power to protect his daughter. The true reason he took down the booking log was because of his daughter. We all know that, then the booking log should have been removed long time ago. Just don’t go and remove it because your daughter has gotten in some trouble.
