After an ongoing dispute with her neighbor, 68-year-old Virginia Johnson was trespassed from the ‘A’ side of the property in September of last year. Johnson, who lives on the ‘B’ side of the Veridian Drive property, went to get her mail on February 10 and on her return walk, became disorderly and threw a water bottle at the vehicle of her neighbor, Ms. Barone. Another neighbor, Karl Wolf, had video footage of another incident when Johnson trespassed onto the ‘A’ side of the property on February 5th at 6 a.m. Johnson was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Virginia Phillip Johnson of B Veridian Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 11th, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
