24-year-old Kristen Paige Gauthier had an illegal tint on her windows as she drove on Kraft Street in the early hours of January 21st. Officers noticed this, conducted a traffic stop, and smelled a strong odor of alcohol as they approached her. They observed an empty beer bottle in the backseat and asked her how much she had to drink. Gauthier admitted to having a few shots before going to the bar, where she drank more. Gauthier consented to sobriety tests and was performing poorly before she stopped in the middle of a test and told officers they should arrest her because she was drunk. Gauthier was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Kristen Paige Gauthier of Cedarcroft Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on January 21st, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500.
