61-year-old Paul Carlton Winters II had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Sonja Angel, at their Greenwood Avenue residence around 6:55 p.m. on April 17th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Angel, who stated she and Winters II argued. Angel stated the argument escalated when Winters II started throwing furniture onto the front lawn. Then, she said he grabbed the rocking chair while she sat in it and lifted it into the air, causing her to fear bodily injury. Winters II was deemed the primary aggressor and then was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Paul Carlton Winters II of Greenwood Avenue in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 17th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
