Dailen Hairston caught with 14 grams of marijuana & multiple firearms

19-year-old Dailen Vincent Hairston was speeding in his white Chevy Equinox near Peachers Mill Road on May 6th. Officers observed this and conducted a traffic stop, during which they approached the vehicle and noticed it reeked of marijuana. Officers asked Hairston and his passenger, Marcus Averhart, about the smell, and they said they smoked a blunt earlier in the night. During a subsequent search of his car, officers discovered five individual bags with a total of 14.175 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, a glass jar, a plastic bottle, packs of cigar wraps, rolling papers, a loaded Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun, and a loaded Smith & Wesson M&P 9 shield .9mm. Hairston was taken into custody for possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and simple possession with intent.


Dailen Vincent Hairston of Crestmont Court in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 6th, charged with felony drugs, firearm during felony, and drug paraphernalia. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $50,000.
