A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 25-year-old Georgia Higley for reckless endangerment and vandalism. The indictment alleges that on or near the date of March 24th, 2023, Higley knowingly and unlawfully shot a weapon into Claudia Colbert’s vehicle, causing $10,000 in damages and placing Colbert in fear for her life.
Higley was taken into custody on July 11th. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $15,000.
