24-year-old Brenda Spillman-Gaut was observed stealing from the Fort Campbell Boulevard Walmart in the early hours of August 5th. A Walmart employee, Nicholas Mullins called 911, advising that he saw Spillman-Gaut taking $3 worth of pre-cooked chicken on camera.
When he approached Spillman-Gaut, the chicken had already been consumed inside the store before she left without paying for it. Officers discovered Spillman-Gaut had been trespassed from the location on February 1st. Spillman-Gaut was taken into custody for burglary.
Brenda Lee Spillman-Gaut of W 49th Street in Cleveland, OH, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 5th, charged with burglary. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
