24-year-old Dalberto Rodriguez, an employee of the US Government, was seen stumbling down the sidewalk on College Street at 4 a.m. on August 16th. Officers observed this and made contact with Rodriguez. Officers noted that Rodriguez had a strong smell of alcohol on his person and was showing signs of intoxication.
Rodriguez told officers he had just left a local bar and had consumed six beers. Officers deemed that Rodriguez was a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Dalberto Rodriguez of Rains Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 16th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
