28-year-old Enrique Rosales was involved in a domestic altercation with Tiana Gray-Ramsey while at her Ramblewood apartment residence on July 29th. When the officers arrived, they were informed that Rosales and Ramsey had argued inside the apartment. The situation escalated to the point where Rosales threw a chair at Ramsey. Rosales then punched and elbowed the apartment wall multiple times. The damage to the wall was valued at $500. Officers noticed multiple holes in the wall, consistent with the chair thrown at Ramsey.
Upon inspecting Rosales’ hands, officers noted swollen knuckles with abrasions and cuts. Officers also noticed white dust on his right elbow, which was consistent with causing damage to the wall. After reviewing the information, Rosales was found to be in violation of an active COR, with Ramsey being the protected party. Rosales was identified as the primary aggressor and was then taken into custody, facing charges of aggravated assault, contempt, and vandalism.
Enrique Rosales of Ballygar Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 29th, charged with contempt, aggravated assault, and vandalism. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,500.
