25-year-old Ian Bethea was seen screaming in the Eagles Crest at Durrett parking lot on July 20th. Once officers arrived, they observed Bethea running down Durrett Drive without a shirt and shoes, holding a piece of a metal bed frame.
After law enforcement’s interaction with Bethea, they reported that he seemed like he was under the influence of a narcotic. Officers determined that Bethea was a threat to himself and a public nuisance. Bethea was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Ian Isaiah Bethea of Durrett Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 20th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
