23-year-old Kelci Macmillan was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Matthew Sweatman, at F&M Bank on College Street on July 20th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Macmillan first. She admitted to officers that she had punched her boyfriend in the eye.
Officers then spoke with Matthew, who informed officers he was punched by Macmillan. He noted that the punch caused a bruise to his eye. Officers then deemed Macmillan to be the primary aggressor, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Kelci Leigh Macmillan of Florida Court in North Chicago, IL, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 20th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
