31-year-old Miranda Spurr was involved in an altercation with her husband, Shaun Spurr, on August 4th. Officers received evidence that Miranda slapped Shaun in the face. No injuries were observed on Shaun.
However, Miranda was still taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on August 7th. Further investigation of the incident showed that Miranda and Shaun both have a history of domestic violence.
Miranda Lynn Spurr of Courtney Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 7th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
