29-year-old Soldier Alred Minjarez-Acosta had an incident with an unidentified individual at the troubled Electric Cowboy late August 29th. Patrolling officers witnessed Minjarez-Acosta run across the parking lot and hit the other involved party with an open hand.
Minjarez-Acosta told the police he was under the influence of alcohol and admitted to hitting the other person. Minjarez-Acosta was taken into custody for public intoxication and assault on August 30th.
Alfred Minjarez Acosta of Donna Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 30th, charged with assault and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
