An officer told Woodall to stand at the front bumper of the patrol car but she attempted to return to the vehicle until she was stopped by another officer. Emily Woodall was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Soldier Easton Laddusaw breaks into friend’s house

22-year-old Easton Laddusaw was seen breaking into his friend’s girlfriend, Eryne McGlone’s, apartment on Executive Avenue on March 9th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with McGlone and her boyfriend, Ivan Ibarra. McGlone stated that she had a few drinks with Ibarra and Laddusaw. After that, she left the apartment and drove around the neighborhood. When she returned and went to the door, Laddusaw told her not to go inside. McGlone shrugged him off, entered her apartment, and locked the door. As McGlone went to sit next to Ibarra on the bed, she heard the front door being broken. When she went to see what was happening, she saw Laddusaw kicking the door down. Once he broke inside, he grabbed McGlone and took her to the front door. Easton Laddusaw was taken into custody and charged with aggravated burglary.

DUI: Dylan Newman tells police he drank “a few beers and a few shots” before driving

22-year-old Dylan Newman was involved in a traffic stop due to his non-functioning tail light at Old Dover Road on March 9th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Newman. When Newman was asked to step out of the vehicle, he admitted to drinking “a few beers and a few shots” at a friend’s house. Newman consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Officers then conducted a probable cause search on Newman’s car and found a rolled 20-dollar bill with a white powder inside next to his driver’s license. After being advised of his legal rights, Newman admitted that the substance inside the dollar bill was cocaine.

Furthermore, after being questioned, Newman admitted to being in possession of cocaine. Newman presented a small, clear plastic bag containing cocaine weighing 0.9 grams, which he concealed in his groin. Shortly after, Newman admitted to using cocaine “just before you stopped me.” Dylan Newman was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, simple possession, and improper display of plates.

Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Rivera, who was displaying visible signs of intoxication. Upon further inspection of River’s car, three unopened bottles of Corona were seen on the passenger side floorboard. When Rivera was asked if he had consumed any alcohol, he admitted that he had one margarita. Officers then conducted a probable cause search of his vehicle, which yielded an empty Cayman Jack Margarita can. Devin Rivera was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence with no registration, no license, and no insurance.

Jazmine Bible assaults ex-husband while attempting to get into his home

23-year-old Jazmine Bible was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, David Silva, at Shelton Circle on March 8th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Bible. She informed officers that Silva wouldn’t let her in the house to get some of her property. Bible explained that while Silva was doing lawn work, she went to walk into his home. As she approached the front door, Silva ran through the garage and stopped her. Bible stated that she was a couple of feet inside the door before Silva pushed her back outside. The couple was going through a divorce, but nothing was finalized yet.

When officers contacted Silva, he stated that he saw Bible trying to enter his house. Silva explained to officers that he had already told her before the incident that he did not want her in his home. He told Bible to get out, prompting an argument. Silva admitted that he pushed her back outside the house. Silva also told officers that Bible scratched him on the arm, fighting him to get back into the house. Silva also informed officers that Bible had not lived at his residence for months. Jazmine Bible was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Yada’s food permit in danger of being revoked, per state inspector

A state health inspector says the food service permit for Yada on Franklin is in danger of being revoked and has issued a warning letter and scheduled a revocation intervention meeting with stakeholders. During a routine inspection on Tuesday, it was noted the troubled downtown venue had third-consecutive violations on some categories, including three-week-old sauces and expired tomato soup — of which a combined twenty pounds was embargoed from public consumption. For the second consecutive inspection, Yada also had a contaminated surface violation, specifically a live insect crawling on ready-to-use lids and no chlorine in the dish machine. Andrew Schall “beats the crap” out of his girlfriend during argument

Christopher Knauss strangles wife during argument over cheating allegations

28-year-old Christopher Knauss was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, Victoria Knauss, at their Francesca Drive residence on March 7th. Officers made contact with Christopher at the mentioned location. Christopher stated that the altercation started when he and Victoria got into an argument over cheating allegations. Christopher said he did not want Victoria to leave with their 7-month-old child. Shortly after, Christopher showed officers scratch marks on his neck, arm, and leg. Victoria interjected and stated that all of the marks on Christopher came from the tussle over the baby’s bag. Victoria informed officers that Christopher prevented her from leaving by grabbing the bag and blocking the door. Christopher made his way up the stairs, but Victoria still had her hand on the bag, so she was dragged along. Before Victoria was let out of the house, she was strangled for a few seconds by Christopher, leaving red marks under her neck. Due to in-home surveillance footage, Christopher was deemed the primary aggressor. Christopher Knauss was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Dalton Huff crashes car while drunk, falsely reports it as stolen

20-year-old Dalton Huff was caught falsely reporting a carjacking at Dotsonville Road early February 23rd. Officers arrived at the mentioned location at 12:30 a.m. to assist with a rollover crash. During the investigation, nobody associated with the crash was found. Later that morning, Huff reported to Montgomery County Sheriff’s that his vehicle had been stolen overnight from his residence on Ogburn Chapel Road. Huff advised that his friend retrieved his phone from the wrecked car. Officers deemed this a suspiciously peculiar detail to provide, demonstrating knowledge of the stolen vehicle’s location. While investigating a separate incident involving Huff, a witness revealed that Huff was intoxicated and wrecked his car. The witness admitted to picking him up after the crash and driving him back to his residence. From there, he transported him to an address on Aspen Drive to clean up and then returned to his house. Another witness who resides at the Aspen Drive address confirmed through a written statement that Huff came at around 3:30 a.m. Dalton Huff was taken into custody and charged with making a false report.

Khyesha Price loses $300 playing “The Shell Game”, tells police she was robbed

20-year-old Khyesha Price was caught falsely reporting a crime at Governor Square Mall on February 2nd, 2023. Price told law enforcement that three males approached her. She stated that one of the males was trying to sell her something near GameStop. During the transaction, Price showed them $300 cash and an unknown male took the money from her hands and swiftly walked away.

After Price’s accusation, officers reviewed security cameras, which showed the interaction between the males and Price. During their interaction, you can see Price handing money to the previously mentioned unknown male. They appeared to be playing a gambling game known as “The Shell Game.” At the end of their interaction, the male packed up his belongings and left the mall. Price also mentioned on a phone call the next day that she was gambling money, and after losing hers, she made a friend, Jahmelia Davis, put up more money. Khyesha Price was taken into custody and charged with a false report.

DUI: John Coleman drinks 4-5 beers before driving 83mph down Dover Road

23-year-old John Coleman was seen driving 83mph in a 45mph zone at Dover Road on March 7th. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Dover Road and Highway 374. Officers made contact with Coleman, who looked visibly intoxicated. Coleman slurred his words as he told them he was driving to a party to protect his girlfriend. When Coleman was told to step out of the vehicle, he admitted to drinking 4-5 beers one hour before driving. Coleman later consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After being read implied consent, he refused to provide a signature. Two cold beers were found behind Coleman’s front seats while searching his car. The male sitting in the passenger seat claimed that one of the beers was his own and the other was Coleman’s. He exposed that Coleman was actively drinking the beer before the traffic stop. John Coleman was taken into custody and charged with tampering with evidence, implied consent, driving under the influence, speeding, and open container.

When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they made contact with Reed. Reed told officers that she and Savage were in an argument that escalated into a physical altercation. Reed stated that she and Savage were yelling at each other, so she put her arm in front of her face to protect herself. Savage grabbed Reed’s arm, forcing Reed to pull away. 39-year-old Jarrett Lee was caught assaulting his 14-year-old daughter, JL, at his Burchett Drive residence on March 5th. Officers arrived at East Monica Drive because JL was staying with a friend. When officers spoke to her about what happened, JL told them that Lee slapped her in the face. She added that Lee picked her up, pushed her against a wall, and strangled her in the bathroom for 10-15 seconds. After the incident, an argument continued into the living room. This is where Lee threatened JL that he was going to punch her, knock her teeth out, and send her to the hospital. When officers made contact with Lee, he admitted that he did slap JL in the face. Lee also admitted that he picked JL up and strangled her. Later in the conversation, Lee provided officers with a video of the argument in the living room. Derek Teague buys PlayStation 5 with fake money, immediately sells it to GameStop

34-year-old Derek Teague was caught giving counterfeit money for a PlayStation 5 on October 11th. Teague contacted the seller on Facebook Marketplace and arranged a meeting at the apartment complex on Cobalt Drive. Teague gave her counterfeit money in exchange for the PlayStation 5. Law enforcement received information that Teague sold the victim’s PlayStation at a local GameStop an hour after their transaction. Teague was seen with another person on surveillance cameras selling the gaming console. Derek Teague was taken into custody and charged with theft of property.
