Soledad Roman jailed after punching husband in the face during argument

49-year-old Soledad Roman began arguing with her husband, Bobby Morrow, on October 14th. The argument started when Bobby picked up Roman because she had been calling him all day asking for a ride. During their argument, Roman punched Morrow in the face and headbutted him, causing him to bleed. Bobby was then able to separate from her and call 911. Roman fled the scene but was seen walking northbound on Oak Street towards Providence Boulevard. Roman was then caught and taken into custody. She has been charged with aggravated domestic assault.

DUI: Felipe Gomez charged after swerving lanes on 101st Airborne Division Parkway

23-year-old Felipe Gomez was found swerving lanes on 101st Airborne Division Parkway by police officers on the night of October 21st. When Officer Bolden walked up to the vehicle, Bolden noted Gomez’s bloodshot eyes as well as a strong odor of alcohol. When questioned, Gomez admitted to consuming alcohol before driving. This prompted law enforcement to search his vehicle, finding multiple open containers of alcohol. Gomez then consented to a field sobriety test, performed terribly, and was taken into custody. Gomez has been charged with driving under the influence and containing an open container of alcohol.

Samuel Odle resists arrest after walking in the middle of Fort Campbell Blvd

58-year-old Samuel D Odle was walking in the middle of Fort Campbell Boulevard on the night of October 20th as officers were dispatched and found him walking on a concrete median. Odle told officers he had been walking in the roadway and acknowledged that he was honked at by drivers who passed him. When officers were trying to determine if Odle was impaired, he attempted to walk away and ignore their commands. Odle pulled away and refused to put his hands behind his back when officers were trying to arrest him. Officers were able to detain Odle and placed him in custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Nathan Ruiz accuses wife of cheating; traps her in bathroom

28-year-old Nathan Ruiz began arguing with his wife, Brianna Ruiz, about the state of their relationship as she was preparing their children for trunk or treat on October 20th. This led to Nathan grabbing her phone to go through it, looking for any sign of infidelity while preventing her from taking it back. Brianna attempted to call the police with Nathan’s phone, but he took the phone back before she could call. Nathan then proceeded to block Brianna in the bathroom so she couldn’t go anywhere unless she answered him. Officers arrived to their home on Castle Pickney Lane and questioned the couple, who shared the same stories. Ruiz was taken into custody and charged with false imprisonment and interfering with emergency services.

Landon Talley lies about having diabetes after police find meth in his vehicle

36-year-old Landon Wayne Talley was pulled over on Providence Boulevard for a hands-free violation on the morning of October 20. Talley spoke with officers and told them that he only was holding the phone while it was on speakerphone and not using it. He then provided an expired identification card and did not have insurance for his car. Deputies deployed a K9 unit, got a positive indication, and searched Talley’s vehicle, where a spoon with “white powder” was found. The powdery substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. In addition to this, officers also found used and unused insulin needles, and a dose vial labeled “Trenbolone Acetate, 100mg/10mL Dose Vial, Intramuscular Only.” Talley told officers that he was diabetic but could not answer any diabetes-related questions, so he was taken into custody for driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, not having proof of insurance, methamphetamine violations, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Tremaine Drayton assaults girlfriend for looking through his phone

20-year-old Tremaine Lebron Drayton was booked on October 20th for assaulting his girlfriend after she tried to look through his phone. Police responded to Country Inn and Suites and spoke with Kierra Cooper, who stated that Drayton grabbed her by the collar, began throwing her around, and hit her in the side. When police questioned Drayton, he stated that he and Cooper only argued.

Semiko Bartlett repeatedly honks horn in husband’s driveway refusing to leave; jailed for trespassing

43-year-old Semiko Vantrece Bartlett was taken into custody on October 21 for an active warrant issued on June 30 for criminal trespassing and violating the conditions of her release. On June 30, Officers were dispatched to Donna Dr. regarding a disturbance. They spoke with William Bartlett, Semiko’s husband, who told them that Semiko showed up at his house honking her horn continuously in the driveway. Mrs. Bartlett reportedly refused to leave and continued to honk her horn until shortly before officers arrived. Officers were advised that Semiko has an active COR with William listed as the victim, and she also has an active criminal trespass order.

Kolby Coleman charged after threatening staff at St. Bethlehem Elementary; “Get your kids, ’cause I’m gonna air this place out!”

27-year-old Kolby Mikal Coleman was disorderly at St. Bethlehem Elementary School around noon on October 26th. School Resource Officer Woods spoke with police and advised them that a parent of a child, Coleman, was yelling profanities around the children and was asked to leave by staff. Coleman then stated, “Get your kids, ’cause I’m gonna air this place out!” which was heard by several other parents and staff members, causing them to fear for their safety as he went to the parking lot across the school where officers met him. Coleman was placed into custody, then his wife consented to a search of his vehicle. This search yielded a small amount of marijuana that he admitted belonged to him. Coleman was charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession.

MarQuan Acklin caught smoking in his car; charged with drug possession

21-year-old Mar’Quan Acklin reportedly was being suspicious in his Nissan Altima on John Sevier Avenue on October 25th. Officers spoke with Acklin and noticed a marijuana-like odor emitting from the vehicle, to which he admitted to recently smoking in his car. A search of Acklin’s Altima yielded marijuana in several bags, a digital scale, an open box of clear sandwich bags, and $942.00. Acklin was found to have over 14 grams of marijuana in his vehicle. Acklin was then taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia and schedule IV drug violations.

18-year-old Kyle Adams charged with possession after being caught with 842 grams of marijuana

18-year-old Kyle Remington Adams, a Publix employee, was going 66 mph on Woodlawn Road, normally a 45 mph zone, on October 25th. Adams was visibly intoxicated as he spoke with officers, which led to a search yielding two mason jars containing a total of 842 grams of marijuana. Adams admitted to distributing marijuana and was then taken into custody for speeding and possession of a schedule IV narcotic.

Umar Abdul-Malik jailed after lying to police about shooting himself in his leg

32-year-old Umar Abdul Malik was booked on an outstanding warrant from July 1st when he shot himself in the leg on Commerce Street. Police responded to Tennova for a gunshot wound victim. Umar told police that he was working at a nightclub and had met a group of women. He was interested in one of them and agreed to meet her at her house after the club. He stated that his friend drove his truck to Commerce Street after the women had given them directions via Facetime. Umar told police that the two arrived on Commerce Street and went inside the woman’s apartment. He stated that later when he was leaving the apartment to meet with his friend and get back into the truck, a black man walked toward him from the gap between two buildings and, without saying a word, shot him. Police observed the wound to have gone through the front of his pant leg on entry and exit lower than the entry hole. Officers then spoke with the friend who was the driver. Umar’s friend stated that they did go to the woman’s apartment, but when Umar got into the truck, he tried to hand a Model 1911 handgun belonging to the driver over to him and accidentally pulled the trigger, shooting himself in the leg.

DUI: Jabbar Bell charged after having “1-2 shots of Tequilla” before driving

21-year-old Jabbar T. Bell was jailed on October 21st after a routine traffic stop for a non-operational headlight. Police were patrolling the area and observed Bell’s black Nissan sedan traveling on Providence Boulevard. When officers pulled behind Bell’s vehicle, they also observed the vehicle did not have a functioning tag light as well. Upon conducting a traffic stop and speaking to Bell, it was observed that Bell had “bloodshot” eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. When questioned, Bell admitted to having “1-2 Shots” of Tequila. Upon further inspection, A clear Taco Bell cup with red liquid smelling of alcohol was found in Bell’s center console. Bell was then requested to perform SFSTs, where he performed poorly and was placed under arrest.

23-year-old Soldier Shadamu Smith assaulted his girlfriend in the late evening on October 20th at her home on Tiny Town Road. Officers encountered Smith’s girlfriend, who told officers that Smith had punched her all over her body, including her face, and pushed her down a flight of stairs. When officers contacted Smith, he told them that he had only pushed her. Noting an injury to his girlfriend’s lip, Shadamu Smith was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.

34-year-old Jonathan Love was pulled over on a traffic stop for swerving lanes and driving at inconsistent speeds. Officer Malone made contact with Love, who admitted that he had drunk alcohol “earlier in the day.” Love later consented to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, on which he performed terribly, and was taken into custody for a blood sample, which he also agreed to. When officers searched Love’s vehicle, they found an empty vodka bottle on the passenger side along with numerous empty pill bottles labeled as “ZAZA RED.” Per Vanderbilt University, Tianeptine, an antidepressant drug banned in Tennessee, is the primary ingredient in “ZAZA RED.” Love was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Susanne McCormack punches daughter in the face during argument over essential oils

56-year-old Suanne McCormack was found outside her home in the late evening hours of October 22nd after she fought with her daughter. McCormack told officers that all that happened was a small argument with her daughter over soap and essential oils, but upon investigation, officers learned that this dispute led to McCormack hitting her daughter in the face. Officers then approached her daughter about the situation, which led to her telling them that McCormack not only hit her in the beginning but also pulled her hair and threw various items at her face, threatening to throw larger objects. McCormack was then taken into custody for domestic violence.

DUI: Ashley Zachariason found drinking Crown Royal while speeding on Warfield Boulevard

30-year-old Ashley Zachariason was jailed on October 22nd after police observed her red buick going 72 mph down Warfield Boulevard, normally a 50 mph zone. Officers caught up with the vehicle as it merged onto Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. A traffic stop was conducted behind Lowes Drive, where they could smell alcohol coming from Ms. Ashley’s breath. She admitted having a few drinks earlier that night while celebrating her 30th birthday. She consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was taken into custody. While searching her vehicle, officers located a nearly empty, opened bottle of Crown Royal. Police noted that after several minutes of yelling from Ms. Ashley and applying scratch marks to the forms with a pen, she was transported to the Magistrate’s office.

Clarksville man hid cameras in neighbor’s bathroom & bedroom for four months

36-year-old Matthew Ian Williams faces multiple charges after he placed multiple cameras in his next-door neighbor’s home and watched them over a period of four months. Kristen Cress found the first camera hidden under a dresser drawer on October 25, pointing to an area where she usually gets undressed near the closet. She alerted her husband, Michael Cress, and a search revealed a second camera located above the shower in the bathroom. The cameras, which operated via Wi-Fi and could be viewed 24/7 via a phone app, also saved the footage on SD cards; upon reviewing the footage, detectives observed their neighbor, Matthew Ian Williams, who captured himself installing the cameras and moving them around and taking them in and out of the home on multiple occasions. Williams had access to the home as he often cared for their pets when they were away or working long hours. The footage went back to July 2023 and included videos of their three-year-old child while in the bathroom.
