Clarksville police say 19-year-old Maggie Spell Miller was under the influence of marijuana when she crashed her vehicle at Lafayette and Kirby on August 31st. Officer Lindsey Fowler says she could smell a ‘strong odor’ of marijuana coming from inside the car and observed Maggie to have red, watery eyes, and dilated pupils. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.

Mikayla Milam charged with harassment of Jessica Breznican
Jessica Phillips-Breznican swore out an affidavit for harassment against 21-year-old Mikayla Carolyn Sheree Milam, stating that she told Milam not to contact her several times, and yet she continues to do so. Breznican says she continues to receive unwanted text messages from Milam.
Bobby Kane charged in assault of wife with vodka bottle when confronted about his drinking problem
37-year-old Robert “Bobby” Kane is charged with assaulting his wife, Tracy Fitzgerald Kane, with a bottle of vodka after she confronted him about his drinking problem. Police responded to Mulberry Place on May 24th, where the victim stated her husband hit her in the back of the head with a plastic pint-sized vodka bottle during an argument about his alcohol usage. Officers spoke with Mr. Kane, who they noted was “highly intoxicated” but denied any allegations of assaulting his wife.
Dominique ‘Binky’ Watson deemed too intoxicated for Hookah 21 in Clarksville
Clarksville Police responded to Hookah 21 just after 1 a.m. Sunday to find 31-year-old Dominique Watson being detained by venue security. She was reportedly being aggressive and erratic toward other patrons and security and being an unreasonable annoyance to others in the area. She is charged with public intoxication.
Janecia Raquel Martin charged with harassing Dalila Fryar via annoying calls & threats
26-year-old Janecia Raquel Martin was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with harassment. Dalila ‘Lili’ Shani Fryar says she’s told Martin to cease all contact, and she continues to call, annoy, and threaten her.
