Andrew Yefang indicted on child sex charges
27-year-old Andrew Yefang was booked into the Montgomery County jail on April 11th after The Grand Jury indicted him on four counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery. Yefang allegedly knowingly had sexual contact with a minor under the age of 13 between June 13, 2019, and May 31, 2022.
Billy Johnson indicted on child rape and sexual contact charges
65-year-old Billy Johnson was indicted by the Grand Jury on March 22nd with 1 count of rape of a child and 3 counts of sexual battery. Between March 2019, and July 2022 Johnson is accused of knowingly sexually penetrating a minor under the age of 13 and having additional sexual contact with the same minor on multiple occasions.
Solomon Jones charged on superseding indictment, additional rape charges added
43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones was arrested again Monday on a superseding indictment from the Montgomery County Grand Jury and charged with four additional counts of rape to the charges already brought forward last month. His bond was continued, and he was released later that afternoon.

James Sprayberry indicted on multiple child sexual battery charges by Grand Jury
44-year-old James Sprayberry was jailed on March 30th on a Grand Jury indictment charging him with 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child under the age of 13. The incidents are alleged to have occurred over the course of three years (there is one count per year for indictment purposes). The victim and Sprayberry shared an address in Woodlawn. Man indicted on 5 counts of sexual battery of an 11-year-old child — Brandon Bassett
28-year-old Brandon Bassett is jailed in lieu of a $250,000 bond after being indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on 5 counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 years of age. The incidents occurred on five days in October of 2020 when the victim was 11-years-old.
