Enterprise Rent-A-Car filed a police report stating that 21-year-old Kimberley Grace Corn rented a $35,000 2020 Mazda CX9 on February 27th, and did not return it or extend the agreement, which ended on March 1st. Multiple attempts were made to retrieve the vehicle, and certified mail notices were sent, all without success. The car was reported as stolen, and police located her this week, charging her with neglect to return / rental joyriding.

Joel Rashad Scott charged after biting wife during dispute over PlayStation 5
Aaliyah Scott tells police that she was in a verbal argument with her husband, 29-year-old Joel Rashad Scott, when he attempted to leave their home with a PlayStation 5. She admittedly grabbed at the PlayStation in an attempt to stop him, at which time Joel bit her forearm. Police documented a bite mark injury and took Joel Scott into custody for domestic assault.

On April 21. 2022, School Resource Officers (SROs) responded to Glenellen Elementary School, 825 Needmore Road, Clarksville, TN, to investigate a physical assault against Mrs. Emily Clark, the school’s principal. The investigation included a review of the school surveillance cameras which identified the suspect as, Tandrea Laquise Sanders of Clarksville. She is free on a $5,000 bond.
Jack Lankford faces felony after kicking co-worker’s vehicle at Trane, in parking dispute
59-year-old Jack Lankford is charged with felony vandalism after police say he caused an uproar in the parking lot at Trane on Wilma Rudolph Blvd with a co-worker. The victim states she arrived at work and parked her vehicle, however, Lankford seemed “disgruntled” about her choice of that particular parking spot, so she asked him “really?” In response, Lankford admittedly says he kicked her vehicle out of frustration, causing damages estimated to be over $1,000.
Marcus Steele charged in assault of his mother, left her bleeding and with “missing skin” per police
25-year-old Marcus Steele is charged with assaulting his mother after she refused to let him leave with his son, since he does not have any custody rights to him. The incident happened on April 3rd when Steele visited his mother’s home and attempted to leave with his son. As he wasn’t permitted to do so due to current custody issues, his mother stopped him. During the struggle, he reportedly pulled his mother’s hair and slammed her against the home, and the two physically fought. Police documented a “visible section of skin missing” from his mother’s elbow. Steele had fled the scene before officers arrived, and was booked on the open warrant this week.
J’Wan Octavius Lloyd charged with harassment of Clarksville woman
Carmen Rivera says 23-year-old J’Wan Octavius Lloyd refuses to stop harassing her. She’s reportedly received multiple messages of bodily harm from Lloyd, placing her in fear of her safety. J’Wan Lyod was jailed on one count of harassment.
Drunk Fort Campbell Soldier Marquan Tabron found asleep behind wheel of vehicle on roadway
23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Marquan Tabron was found asleep behind the wheel of his Ford F-150 just after 1 a.m. near Tiny Town Road and Green Acres Drive. As the officer approached he was able to remove the keys from the running vehicle before waking up the sleeping soldier. Inside the truck was an open Bud light in the center console area. Tabron admitted to drinking prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He blew a 0.106% BAC on a breathalyzer.

34-year-old Miguel Smith and his wife, Ayana Simmons, were reportedly arguing all throughout the day, and just before 9 p.m., the situation escalated when Miguel attempted to go upstairs. That’s when Ayana pushed him while he was on the stairs, resulting in him striking her in the back. Miguel says the argument escalated after Ayana pushed his rice cooker and glass candle off the kitchen counter, breaking them both. Both parties were taken into custody.

DUI: Flutist Tamara Deichert blows 0.115% BAC on breathalyzer after reckless driving report
Clarksville Police responded to a reckless driving call on and found 29-year-old Clarksville flutist Tamara Deichert behind the wheel of a silver Subaru SUV crossing over the lanes of travel. A traffic stop was conducted, during which Deichert agreed to perform field sobriety tests, on which she performed poorly. She would later blow a 0.115% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Fort Campbell Soldier charged with assault of wife after CPD lets themself inside their home — Jeremiah Ray
22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jeremiah Ray was jailed this week after Clarksville Police Officer Rosa Hyatt let herself into his apartment after a neighbor called to complain they could hear a couple fighting inside. Officer Hyatt says no one was answering the door for her, so after she heard a female yelling and a loud noise she let herself inside the home after realizing the door was unlocked. As she opened the door and announced herself, Lela Perry approached the door as she continued yelling at her husband, Jeremiah Ray. She insisted the argument was only verbal, however, Officer Hyatt says she observed a “hand imprint” on Perry, and Perry insisted it was her own. Jeremiah Ray says the argument began over social media and led to wrestling, and admitted he made a “slap mark” on his wife. With that admission, he was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.
Fort Campbell Soldier found walking drunk in roadway at 5 PM — Daniel Casabona
24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier with the fresh hair, Daniel Casabona, was found standing in the middle of the roadway at Cummingham Ln / Armistead Drive just before 5 p.m. heavily intoxicated. As police went to check on him they observed him to be unsteady on his feet and reeking of alcohol. Casabona admitted to drinking beer prior to walking, and police determined it was unsafe for him to continue walking on his journey due to his level of intoxication.
Richard Lamb charged in DUI crash at Electric Cowboy in Clarksville
34-year-old Richard Lamb crashed his vehicle at the Electric Cowboy and was reported to be intoxicated. Officers arrived at the wrecked Lexus and found Lamb to have slurred speech, watery eyes, and obviously intoxicated. He admitted to drinking prior to driving.
TCAT Instructor Matthew Anderson charged with carrying gun on Clarksville campus
51-year-old Matthew Anderson was charged with carrying a firearm on the school property of Tennessee College of Applied Technology’s (TCAT) Clarksville Campus. The incident occurred on April 12th, when staff alerted police when they noticed him with the gun. Anderson had secured the firearm in his vehicle before police arrived, and admitted to carrying it on campuses during an interview, stating it was “a mistake”. Police seized the weapon as evidence and took Anderson into custody.
Soldier charged with domestic assault of wife during argument over money — Garrett Roberts
Police met with Alana Blaylock Roberts at the WoodSpring Suites where she reported her husband, 21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Garrett Roberts, or ‘Salt’ as he’s known on his Youtube Channel ‘Salt & Pepper’ with 12 views, pushed her into the bathroom and slammed the door during an argument about money. Alana says he then raised his fist at her and continued to slam the door shut while screaming in her face, and was in imminent fear of being hit. Garrett says he slammed the door once but denies ever raising his fist to his wife.
Marca Martin vandalized vehicles with eggs and cheese, per arrest warrant
23-year-old Marca Martin is charged with two counts of vandalism after she and a currently unidentified subject came to the home of Dylan Cockerille and threw raw eggs and cheese onto two of his vehicles on the property. Both vehicles incurred some damage, including scratching.

35-year-old former Clarksville Police Officer Christopher Buccellato is free on a $5,000 bond (reduced from an initial $50,000) after a road rage incident that ended with a woman crawling through a Starbucks drive-thru window to escape him as he pulled a gun on her. He had a pair of handcuffs hanging on his rearview mirror, and told her “I’ll have you in cuffs tonight!”…
Norman Detweiler charged with rape of Clarksville woman
29-year-old Norman Detweiler has been indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury, charged with the rape of a 24-year-old woman. Court records allege the rape occurred in May of 2020 and was given a true bill in the recent December 2021 session of the Grand Jury. Detweiler is free on a $20,000 bond.
Kenwood vice-principal Garry Chadwell forced teen to penetrate him sexually, per rape indictment
49-year-old Kenwood High School Assistant Principal & Athletic Director Garry James Chadwell was jailed Tuesday evening, charged with forcing a 17-year-old to penetrate him sexually. The indictment, a copy of which is in the story, alleges one count of forcing the child to penetrate him without the child’s consent, and another count of adding the statutory rape charge. The incident occurred on January 22, 2022.
DUI: Arik Browning says he’s “too f*-ked up to drive”
Police say 34-year-old Arik Browning was driving on Providence Blvd but was swerving so badly that at one point he approached the sidewalk. He reportedly smelled of alcohol, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests, including the lack of smooth pursuit in both eyes. He told officers he was “too f*-ked up to drive” citing a 2011 TBI. An open can of Blue Moon Belgian White Ale was located in the vehicle, and he eventually blew a 0.148% BAC on a breathalyzer.
