Fort Campell soldier Bradley Cheek charged in assault of wife; smashes her phone

Natalie Cheek says her husband, 20-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Bradley Cheek, asked her for her phone, and when she refused he retrieved it from her waistband by force while she ‘flailed’ her arms and hit him in self-defense. As she ran outside and got into her car, Bradley jumped into the passenger seat, and as she reversed he smashed the phone onto the ground and exited the vehicle. Bradley, who had marks on his body from her ‘flailing’ when he took her phone, spoke to the police and provided a very similar story. He was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Caleb Rustchak indicted on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor

A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 24-year-old Caleb Rustchak on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of children. Count one, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, alleges Rustchak distributed and exchanged images of children involved in sexual activity. County two, sexual exploitation of a minor (over fifty images), alleges Rustchak knowingly possessed over fifty such images of minors engaged in sexual acts. The activity occurred between October 2020 and October 2021.

Soldier charged with domestic assault of wife during argument over money — Garrett Roberts

Police met with Alana Blaylock Roberts at the WoodSpring Suites where she reported her husband, 21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Garrett Roberts, or ‘Salt’ as he’s known on his Youtube Channel ‘Salt & Pepper’ with 12 views, pushed her into the bathroom and slammed the door during an argument about money. Alana says he then raised his fist at her and continued to slam the door shut while screaming in her face, and was in imminent fear of being hit. Garrett says he slammed the door once but denies ever raising his fist to his wife.

Soldier Marquez Williams strangles another soldier, threatens to shoot 16 party-goers

Multiple witnesses confirm that 32-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Marquez Williams showed up at a going away party for another soldier who was transferring to another base. He arrived at the party with a firearm tucked into his waistband while inebriated and was showing it off to people throughout the evening. He approached one man, Timothy Sutton, asking why he wasn’t drinking. Sutton explained his reasons were personal, at which point Williams grabbed him by the throat until he could not breathe and demanded he explain the reason or be shot in the face. Williams told him he had 17 bullets and there were only 16 people at the party. A witness, Tyree Shaw, confirmed the events to officers.

Sean Bronaugh breaks through bathroom door, assaults wife in attempt to retrieve his phone

Jasmine Bronaugh says she returned home from Fort Bragg to find her husband, 25-year-old Sean Bronaugh, had a party at their home. She told responding officers that she took his phone and discovered he was cheating on her. Sean says Jasmine woke him up by hitting him in the face before she went upstairs and locked herself in the bathroom with the phone. She says Sean broke through the bathroom door and began to punch her in the face with his fists, then slammed her head into the wall several times. She was able to get outside to call 911, however, both parties would end up behind bars.

Jasmine Bronaugh assaults husband, says he partied & cheated while she was at Fort Bragg

Sean Bronaugh says he was awoken from his sleep around 7 a.m. on March 27th, as his wife, 31-year-old Jasmine Bronaugh, returned home from Fort Bragg and began to hit him in the face, upset that she believed he was cheating and had thrown a party in her absence. She ran upstairs with his phone and locked herself in a bathroom. Sean broke through the door in an effort to retrieve his phone, and the couple began “wrestling around with each other” according to an arrest warrant. Both parties would be jailed for domestic assault.

Soldier found passed out in backseat of vehicle at Electric Cowboy — Andrew Hext

27-year-old Andrew John Hext Fridholm (Andrew Hext) was found passed out in the backseat of a vehicle just before 2 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Electric Cowboy. Security notified Clarksville Police, who responded and found him with a bottle of alcohol still in his lap. Police let him exit the vehicle and call his wife to come to retrieve him. While he was waiting on her arrival, however, he became a nuisance and would not stay in a safe area on the sidewalk as directed and continued to attempt to be in traffic that was exiting while in his intoxicated state.

Luke Chowning charged with DUI after drinking White Claws & nearly hitting an officer

29-year-old Luke Chowning, who works at the Rascon School of Combat Medicine at Fort Campbell, nearly collided with a Clarksville Police officer in his vehicle on March 23rd just after 4 p.m. When a traffic stop was conducted, he stated he consumed “a lot” of alcohol and admitted he was drunk. A search of the vehicle revealed an almost empty White Claw can. DUI: Special Forces soldier Christopher Malone jailed, can’t make bond after crash

22-year-old Fort Campbell 5th Special Forces Group 2nd Battalion Soldier Christopher Ryan Malone was driving on the wrong side of Dunlop Lane Tuesday evening when he crashed into a ditch, according to officials and a witness. Malone initially told the deputy he crashed because “I have bald tires and fell asleep”. During that conversation, the deputy noticed he smelled of alcohol, which he later admitted to drinking. Several open beer cans were found in cup holders and strewn throughout the vehicle. A handgun was also located in his possession.

Commissioned Officer Lane Wilmoth charged in “crazy” assault of wife with multiple witnesses

Police responded to Golden Eagle Way on March 1st, where a man pointed them in the direction of where a man had been “acting crazy”, but had just fled the scene. Officers met with Diana Wilmoth, who explained she and her husband, 29-year-old Hobert Lane Wilmoth, were estranged and he was at her home when she arrived there. Her roommates had to physically restrain Lane from attacking her, and she fled out the back door where he then chased her while she was calling 911 stating they may not get there quick enough, as he was threatening to kill her.

He grabbed the phone and destroyed it against a wall. There were multiple witnesses, and she told police this happens “all the time” and she never reported it. Wilmoth is a Commissioned Aviation Officer at Fort Campbell.

Police say 24-year-old Jacob ‘Jake’ Sauer had just left the Electric Cowboy when he crashed his Honda CRV at 11:40 p.m. Friday. 21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Javis Danielly was jailed on two separate DUI charges in the span of 9 days. On February 19th, police responded to Hookah21 at 2 a.m. where he crashed his car after drinking 1 beer and 1 shot of liquor. He was jailed and released on a $2,500 bond. On February 27, Danielly consumed 3 shots of Hennessy before crashing into another vehicle on Fort Campbell Blvd at 4:20 p.m. on a Sunday and was freed on a new $5,000 bond.

28-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Benjamin Kern is charged with stalking his estranged wife using an Apple AirTag placed inside the car seat of their child to track her whereabouts. During an interview with police, Kern admitted to placing the AirTag in the car seat. There was an existing military order of protection in place at the time of the incident.

Less than two months after getting married, Clarksville Police say 19-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Amelia Schlosser pushed her wife, Isabella Lee, late Monday night at their apartment in front of a group of witnesses. While there were approximately five different versions of events from five different people, every version included Amelia pushing Isabella after the verbal argument escalated. Police took Schlosser into custody, charging her with domestic assault.

Clarksville police officer Marcus Onfroy responded to a domestic-related call on February 4th, where 21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Breayna Simon and her husband, Tristan, had reportedly been arguing for two days. The officer noted multiple items in the home had been “destroyed” over the course of these days, in an obvious retaliatory fashion.
