41-year-old Jay Dance was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife at their Sleek Fox Drive residence on March 10th. While officers spoke to Dance’s wife, they could hear Dance yelling at his neighbor, referring to his wife as “a bitch.” Dance had been previously warned about using offensive language and causing a disturbance. However, he proceeded to yell at his wife. When Officer Broadhurst arrived, he instructed Dance to back up, but instead, Dance threw his arms up and started arguing with him. Dance walked towards Officer Broadhurst in a threatening manner and began being offensive physically and verbally. Jay Dance was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Patrick Booker steals mother’s Land Rover and flees from police

37-year-old Patrick Booker was caught joyriding in his mother’s white Land Rover on March 13th. Booker’s mother contacted officers and informed them that Booker had knowingly taken her vehicle without permission and would be in the Summit Heights area. She also advised that she was afraid of her son and didn’t know what he was capable of doing to her. Officers located the vehicle, but it sped off down Woodmont before they could conduct a traffic stop. An officer later found the Land Rover back in the Summit Heights area. As the officer approached the vehicle, a black male and a white female jumped from the back seat into the front seats. The officer identified the male as Patrick Booker and advised him to step out of the vehicle multiple times. Booker continuously said, “What for?” and “I didn’t do anything.” As Booker made those statements, he fumbled with different controls on the Land Rover until he set off the car alarm and popped the trunk before finally getting the vehicle in drive and speeding off. Patrick Booker was eventually found, taken into custody, and charged with joyriding and evading arrest.

Savon Stewart busts ex-girlfriend’s window after being kicked out of apartment

24-year-old Savon Stewart was involved in an altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Princess Williams, at her Liberty Home Apartment on March 9th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Williams. She stated that Stewart had recently been kicked out but showed up early in the morning, asking to be let in. Williams informed officers that she didn’t answer the door but heard Stewart say, ” I’m going to have to smash the window to wake her up.” Shortly after, Williams heard an object hit her window, breaking the glass in two different spots.

While officers were on the scene, Stewart knocked on Williams’ door. He came inside and officers observed the strong odor of alcohol coming from him. He told officers that he had been drinking Bud Lite earlier in the night and was trying to find a place to sleep. Officers found a Bud Lite bottle directly beneath Williams’ busted window. The cost to replace the window was estimated at around $400. Savon Stewart was taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

He was also driving with Emily Woodall as his passenger who ended up being arrested for disorderly conduct. Arrant admitted to drinking three alcoholic beverages in the last hour. When officers searched Arrant’s person, they found a Delta -8 vape in his pocket as well as a nicotine vape. Arrant consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After reading implied consent, Arrant agreed to use the breathalyzer and blew a .005%. Montgomery Arrant was taken into custody and charged with underage driving while impaired and prohibited purchases of tobacco products by minors.

22-year-old Easton Laddusaw was seen breaking into his friend’s girlfriend, Eryne McGlone’s, apartment on Executive Avenue on March 9th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with McGlone and her boyfriend, Ivan Ibarra. McGlone stated that she had a few drinks with Ibarra and Laddusaw. After that, she left the apartment and drove around the neighborhood. When she returned and went to the door, Laddusaw told her not to go inside. McGlone shrugged him off, entered her apartment, and locked the door. As McGlone went to sit next to Ibarra on the bed, she heard the front door being broken. Officers then conducted a probable cause search on Newman’s car and found a rolled 20-dollar bill with a white powder inside next to his driver’s license. After being advised of his legal rights, Newman admitted that the substance inside the dollar bill was cocaine.

Furthermore, after being questioned, Newman admitted to being in possession of cocaine. Newman presented a small, clear plastic bag containing cocaine weighing 0.9 grams, which he concealed in his groin. Shortly after, Newman admitted to using cocaine “just before you stopped me.” Dylan Newman was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, simple possession, and improper display of plates.

Jazmine Bible assaults ex-husband while attempting to get into his home

23-year-old Jazmine Bible was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, David Silva, at Shelton Circle on March 8th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Bible. She informed officers that Silva wouldn’t let her in the house to get some of her property. Bible explained that while Silva was doing lawn work, she went to walk into his home. As she approached the front door, Silva ran through the garage and stopped her. Bible stated that she was a couple of feet inside the door before Silva pushed her back outside. When officers contacted Silva, he stated that he saw Bible trying to enter his house. Silva explained to officers that he had already told her before the incident that he did not want her in his home. He told Bible to get out, prompting an argument. Silva admitted that he pushed her back outside the house. Silva also told officers that Bible scratched him on the arm, fighting him to get back into the house. Silva also informed officers that Bible had not lived at his residence for months. Jazmine Bible was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
