24-year-old Diontre Franklin was involved in a head-on collision at the intersection of Needmore Road and Pin Oak Road on December 28th, 2023. An officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Franklin because his tail lights were not functioning. Franklin fled the stop at a high rate of speed but swerved out of his lane and hit a motorist head-on. 15.8 grams of Fentanyl were found on his person, along with $440 in cash. Franklin also had a pill bottle with the prescription torn off that contained oxycodone pills and Adderall substitute pills. Diontre Franklin was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest, possession without prescription, due care, suspended license, light law, and two counts of Schedule II drugs.

DUI: Bradley Huff has two Jack and Cokes at Oneal’s Bar and Grill before crashing car
22-year-old Bradley Huff was involved in a car crash at the intersection of Madison Street and Richview Road on December 29th, 2023. Huff was driving and rear-ended a vehicle at the intersection. When officers made contact with him, Huff had trouble explaining the accident and finding his registration. While the interview was underway, officers could smell the odor of alcohol on his breath. Huff stated that he was heading home from ONeal’s Bar and Grill, where he consumed two “Jack and Cokes.” Huff was then asked to perform some field sobriety tests, which he executed poorly. Bradley Huff was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and due care.
Grace Standridge assaults boyfriend, destroys his $2,000 phone during altercation
22-year-old Grace Standridge assaulted her boyfriend, Levar B., and destroyed his phone at their home on Fairview Lane on December 31st, 2023. Levar told police that he and Grace had gotten into an altercation when she pushed him, causing him to fall backward. Then, while upstairs, Standridge threw his Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 against a wall, damaging the screen. Levar stated he bought the phone for $2,013. Levar added that while he was lying on the couch, Grace came downstairs and began hitting him. Levar showed officers video footage of the incident. According to Levar, the two went upstairs, and she started hitting him again. Standridge was taken into custody and charged with two counts of domestic assault.
Eric Gonzalez drunkenly slaps girlfriend in face with potato salad for no reason
43-year-old Eric Gonzalez was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Allison Hansen, at their Sikorsky Lane residence on July 14th, 2023. When officers arrived, they made contact with Hansen, who told them that Gonzalez had an alcohol problem and was drinking that night. Hansen was on the phone speaking with her manager when, for an unknown reason, Gonzalez slapped her in the face with a plate of potato salad. Officers observed potato salad in her hair as well as on her clothing. Gonzalez then followed Hansen around the home, yelling in her face. Gonzalez left the house before officers arrived. Officers later attempted to contact Gonzalez with no success. Officers determined Gonzalez to be the primary aggressor and secured a warrant for his arrest. Eric Gonzalez was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Chasity Jones punches boyfriend’s face multiple times during altercation
33-year-old Chasity Jones was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Lawrence McClung, at the apartment on Peacher’s Mill Road on December 27th, 2023. The dispute began with a verbal argument between Jones and McClung. The argument became heated as Jones started punching McClung in the mouth several times. The punches left multiple abrasions on McClung’s lips. McClung was then able to separate himself from her and call 911. Officers later discovered that Jones has an active COR with McClung listed as a protected party. Chasity Jones was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
Andrew Folk breaks wife’s ribs after being accused of Pedophilia
38-year-old Andrew Folk was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Michele Shatka, at Lafayette Point Circle on December 17th, 2023. The conflict began when the couple was drinking, and Shatka accused Folk of liking underage girls, which caused him to become angry. Folk then lunged for Shatka’s throat, and she fought him off. The couple continued to argue when Folk’s dog bit her. Folk then choked and shoved Shatka against the footboard of the bed. When Shatka got thrown against the bed, she could not breathe and believed her ribs to be broken. Folk then called 911, stated that he thought that Shatka’s ribs were broken, and then fled in his vehicle. Folk was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
Quinton Gamble flees scene of crash, tells police his sister was driving
36-year-old Quinton Gamble was involved in a car crash with Shevorn Brown at Peachers Mill Road on December 25th, 2023. Brown told law enforcement that they saw a black male running out of the truck and into one of the apartments. The vehicle at fault was registered to Quinton Gamble, who matched the description. When officers attempted to contact Gamble, he stated that his sister was driving his truck, and he was not there. Gamble continued the conversation and noted that his sister would not talk to the police because she was “too scared of all the police surrounding the vehicle.” Gamble then hung up the phone. Quinton Gamble was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
Kristopher Clements traps wife in closet during altercation
34-year-old Kristopher Clements was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Michelle Clements, at their Misty Way residence on December 28th, 2023. Michelle told law enforcement that she was in the closet packing a bag to leave when Kristopher stood in the doorway and prevented her from leaving. Michelle felt as though she was incapable of moving him out of her path. When Michelle called law enforcement, the caller could hear Kristopher shouting and cursing at Michelle as he allowed her to leave the closet. Kristopher Clements was taken into custody and charged with false imprisonment.
Dixie Lyons assaults her boyfriend over relationship issues
22-year-old Dixie Cheyenne Lyons had a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Justen Mondragon, at their Chapel Street apartment on February 8th. Officers arrived and spoke with Mondragon, who stated that Lyons started screaming at him over relationship issues, and when he tried to unplug his Wi-Fi router, she started punching him in the face and slapped him on his back. Officers asked Lyons about the incident, and she provided inconsistent statements but admitted to pushing, punching, and slapping Mondragon. Lyons was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Bryland Hoffman defrauds father-in-law out of $3,322
24-year-old Bryland Lee Hoffman charged his father-in-law’s Discover card without permission on November 10th and 12th. Justin Hood of the Bushnell Illinois Police Department alerted the Clarksville Police Department that Michael Baker contacted him regarding fraudulent transactions. He stated his Discover card was used to make two payments to Byers & Harvey, totaling $3,322.02. He advised them that when he spoke with Byers & Harvey, they told him the payments were made by his son-in-law, Hoffman. Mr. Baker explained that he had given his daughter, Kylie Baker, a Discover card on his account in case of emergencies. Kylie advised that she and Hoffman had been separated since September and that she never granted him access or authorization to use her card. Penny Parkes, the office manager of Byers & Harvey, provided officers with a copy of Hoffman’s tenant ledger, which showed the payments correlating with the unauthorized purchases. Hoffman was taken into custody for the fraudulent use of a credit/ ATM card on February 8th.
John Farrell drives drunk with a Glock 19
21-year-old John Farrell was seen driving between both lanes on Fort Campbell Boulevard late February 8th. After officers initiated a traffic stop, they smelt the odor of an intoxicating beverage as well as signs of intoxication. Farrell consented to Standardized Field sobriety tests but performed poorly. A search through Farrell’s car yielded a Glock 19 handgun. John Farrell was taken into custody and charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and driving under the influence.
Gabrielle Mejia tells police she’s a “3” on the drunk scale
22-year-old Gabrielle Mejia was seen in a grey Subaru weaving in and out of her lane on Fort Campbell Boulevard late February 9th. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with Mejia, who had a strong smell of an intoxicating beverage and appeared inebriated. Mejia had trouble locating and handing over her documents and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. When asked how drunk she was on a scale of 1-10, she replied “3”, leading to Mejia agreeing to perform field sobriety tests, but she performed poorly. Gabrielle Mejia was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Jaylene Callender steals $270 from register at work
22-year-old Jaylene Kathleen Angela Callender, an employee at the Circle K on Lafayette Road was observed on video removing $270 from the register and placing it in her pocket on the afternoon of December 1st. A warrant for her arrest was issued on December 13th, and she was taken into custody for theft on January 31st.
Brayden “Bray2k” Collins jailed after violating conditions of suspended sentence
20-year-old Brayden James Collins had a petition for revocation of a suspended sentence on January 29th. The petition stated that on the 6th day of September 2023, Collins was convicted in General Sessions for resisting arrest and was sentenced to six months in the Montgomery County Jail. This sentence was suspended upon good behavior and specific conditions on September 6th. Since that date, Collins has violated the conditions by testing positive for marijuana on December 7th, 2023, and January 25th, failing to provide proof of being enrolled in or completing an Alcohol and Drug treatment program, and neglecting to pay anything towards his $1,140 in court costs or his $20 in probation fees. Collins was taken into custody for violation of probation on January 31st. Collins has a previous history of multiple charges as well.
Jimmy Finch II jailed for animal cruelty after police find starving dogs on property
44-year-old Jimmy Lee Finch II was taken into custody for cruelty to animals on January 30th. On January 24th, officers arrived at Finch II’s East College Street residence, where he stays with his German Shepherds, Arlo and Nala. The dogs were on inhumane tethers with dirty, frozen water in their water bowls, as well as no reprieve from mud and feces. When officers were allowed access to feel the dogs’ muscle mass, it was determined that both were underweight. The area also had no indication of food being provided. Police wrote a cruelty report and requested animal control obtain it. Jimmy Finch II was taken into custody on January 30th.
Ledarius Lusk steals 1 beer from Shell Gas Station
22-year-old Ledarius Lamont Lusk stole from the Shell Gas station on Riverside Drive in the early hours of January 29th. Officers were dispatched regarding suspicious activity and located Lusk when they arrived, reeking of alcohol. Then, Lusk admitted to stealing a beer from the gas station before officers arrived. Lusk was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Aric Robinson assaults, locks wife in room during argument
31-year-old Aric Robinson was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, April Robinson, at their shared residence on Ogburn Chapel Road on February 4th. As officers approached their home, they heard a female voice screaming, “Get off me! I can’t breathe!” Upon entry, the officers saw Aric standing over April, holding her to the ground. Aric was handcuffed and escorted outside of the residence. Once outside, Aric stated that he and April got into an argument. Aric stated he was holding April’s shoulders, and then they ended up on the ground with her screaming that she couldn’t breathe. Officers then made contact with April, who stated that during their argument, Aric locked her inside a room. April stated that Aric didn’t let her out of the room and that she had to break the door to escape. The argument continued until Aric grabbed April by the arms, leading to the couple shoving each other multiple times. The shoving continued until they both fell to the ground. Aric then got on top of April and held her down while she was screaming for him to get off her. Aric Robinson was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
DUI: Shane Castillo swerves into oncoming traffic, tells police “Just arrest me”
39-year-old Shane Castillo, an employee of Ajax Distributing Company, was seen in his silver Nissan Titan swerving toward oncoming traffic at Dover Road on February 4th. Officers stopped Castillo because Castillo nearly hit an officer’s patrol car when he swerved toward oncoming traffic. When officers made contact with Castillo, they noted that Castillo reeked of alcohol. Initially, Castillo was ready to perform some field sobriety tests, but when Castillo exited his vehicle, he stumbled several times. Once officers began the instruction phase of a test, Castillo refused to attempt the test and stated, “Just arrest me.” Shane Castillo was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Eddie Howard bites roommate’s nose during physical altercation
29-year-old Eddie Howard was involved in an altercation with his roommate, Darrell Fuson, at the Cumberland Manor Apartments in the early hours of February 4th. Upon arriving at the unit where the complaint was filed, officers spoke to Fuson. Fuson told officers that Howard bit his nose during a physical altercation. Howard’s bite left visible lacerations on Fuson’s nose. Eddie Howard was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Sharquil Thomas punches daughter multiple times in the face
35-year-old Sharquil Thomas was involved in an altercation with her 16-year-old daughter at their shared residence at Cotton Court on February 5th. When officers arrived at their residence, they made contact with Thomas’s daughter, who told them that her mother assaulted her. Officers observed a visible scratch on her face, a welp on the inside of her left forearm, and a scratch on her right arm. She continued by saying that she was hit once with a belt by Thomas while in the shower, then Thomas mounted her daughter and began to punch her multiple times in the face. Sharquil Thomas was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
