30-year-old Samuel King Lampkins wanders into stranger’s backyard, says he’s looking for “someone” on Alexander Boulevard on November 28th. A resident on Alexander Boulevard called the authorities regarding Lampkins being in their backyard. Officers arrived and located Lampkins in front of another residence, and he advised them that he had been drinking and consuming some marijuana. Lampkins was unaware of his whereabouts and was deemed a danger to himself. He was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Letita Hamer punches, slaps ex-husband during dispute over divorce
48-year-old Letita Hamer was at her house with her ex-husband, Patrick Hamer, on October 24th when she went into the room where he was sleeping to discuss why he was sleeping in a different room. Patrick tried to leave their home to avoid the conversation, but Letita blocked him in the room with her body. In the scuffle to escape the room, Letita grabbed his keys and hid them from him. Patrick thought that she had put them under the bed, so he went back into the bedroom to grab his belongings, and she began to kick and push him to prevent him from getting his items. This led to a continuation of the argument, which prompted her husband to attempt to grab his things again, but this time successfully. Only to be put in a headlock and punched and slapped in the face, which led to visible markings on his face. Letita was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.
DUI: Edwin Jones falls asleep behind the wheel
27-year-old Edwin Jones was found by an officer in the parking lot of Top Flight sleeping behind the wheel of a running car. The reporting officer proceeded to knock on the window for a few minutes before being able to wake up Jones. When woken up, Jones began to mumble to himself and refused to exit the vehicle until another responding unit arrived with emergency gear. Jones stumbled to the officers’ patrol car, reeking of alcohol, and refused to do any field sobriety tests. Jones was taken into custody and charged with DUI.
Desiree Youngblood punches ex-girlfriend in face
21-year-old Desiree Youngblood went to the house of her ex-girlfriend, Jodie Thomas, looking to cause problems. Youngblood waited for Thomas to get home from work, and when she pulled into her driveway, Youngblood approached the vehicle and started to peel the window tint off until Thomas got out. When Thomas exited the vehicle, Youngblood proceeded to punch Thomas in the face but left shortly before officers arrived. Youngblood was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.
Shayna Stone caught with over 15 grams of Marijuana in her vehicle
21-year-old Shayna Stone was confronted by law enforcement on October 24th when officers noticed a highly potent smell of weed from her vehicle. When officers questioned Stone, she told them that she did have marijuana, which prompted the officer to search the car. This led officers to find over 15 grams of marijuana in the vehicle, and Stone admitted to it being hers. Stone already had an active warrant out of Florida, showing that she would not appear in court. Stone was taken into custody and charged with simple possession. Stone has a history of Marijuana related charges, including an incident in July 2023.

23-year-old former high school football player Shawn Ussia was confronted by law enforcement when he and his friend Alyssa Buchanan drove in an SUV with an illegal tint. When Officers arrived, they smelt a substantial marijuana odor from the car. So, they told both Ussia and Buchanan to exit the car for a search of the vehicle, and they located loose buds of marijuana in the driver’s seat, which came from a ripped bag in the glove box while doing a probable search. When officers searched Ussia’s person, they found two corner bags containing marijuana and over $1,400 in cash. Ussia was taken into custody and charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia and being the manufacturer, deliverer, or seller of a controlled substance.

Lisa Lincoln steals over $900 from Kroger via lottery tickets
51-year-old Lisa Lincoln was caught by a former co-worker stealing lottery tickets while collecting her earnings. During the investigation, it was found that Lincoln stole over $900, all while being clocked into her job. Lincoln currently has an outstanding warrant on her arrest.
Samaria Mims-Rolland assaults friend while driving
34-year-old Samaria Mims-Rolland was driving on Madison Street on October 23rd with her friend Samantha Farris. While driving, they got into a verbal altercation, and Mims-Rolland got physical. Mims-Rolland hit Farris multiple times, which caused Farris to sustain injuries to her nose, arms, and eye. Mims-Rolland was taken into custody and charged with assault.
Royalties Event Center shut down by city, Natasha Hinton on the run
On May 25, 2023, Natasha Hinton, the owner of Royalties Event Center LLC, was found guilty in Clarksville City Court of operating an assembly without a certificate of occupancy. On November 4, 2023, Clarksville Fire Rescue pulled the power to the building because of the continued use of the building. Several victims have come forth, letting the Clarksville Police Department know that they had paid money, after the May 25th date, to use the Royalties Event Center for different events, including a 15-year-olds quinceañera celebration, a family’s Thanksgiving dinner, and a Venders Christmas Market.
Jacki Lorenzen harasses baby-daddy, sends numerous texts via CashApp
34-year-old Jacki Lorenzen was booked on two separate warrants on November 21st. The first warrant was from August 28th when her children’s father, Mr. Ashanti Forney, reported that he had an order of protection against Jacki, but she still tried to contact him despite him telling her not to. Jacki had been sending text messages to Mr. Forney from different numbers and even contacted his brother to get ahold of him.
The second warrant was from November 25th, when Lorenzen violated the order of protection again after using Cashapp to send messages to Mr. Forney. Jacki sent multiple transfers to him for 10 minutes straight. With each transfer, she would utilize the option to attach a message. The messages ranged from casual conversations to conversations asking about their children.
Owen Robinson caught drunkenly pulling car doors at Rise and Shine Auto Detail
24-year-old Owen Robinson was seen visibly intoxicated at Ride and Shine Auto Detail on Providence Boulevard, pulling door handles on November 26th. When the officer contacted Robinson, he told them he had just left AJ’s bar and was walking through the area. During the conversation, the officer could tell that Robinson was intoxicated and asked him if he had anything to drink; he said to them that he had six beers and smoked a blunt of marijuana. Robinson was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
DUI: Ricky Rock Jr. hits brakes multiple times for no reason
33-year-old Whataburger employee Ricky Rock Jr. was seen driving under the influence on Trenton Road on November 23rd. Law enforcement observed Rock Jr. failing to stay in his lane and hitting his brakes multiple times despite there being no vehicles in front of him. Before the officer could pull him over, Rock Jr. pulled into a parking lot, so the officer followed him. When he exited his White Buick SUV, he voluntarily approached the patrol car. Rock Jr. consented to perform field sobriety tests but performed poorly. Rock Jr. was placed in custody for suspicion of DUI. A probable cause search of Rock Jr.’s Buick produced two open beer containers in plain sight. Rock Jr. was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Eugene Roach assaults man relaxing in his backyard
62-year-old Eugene Roach was involved in an altercation with Marcus Merriweather on Maple Street on October 20th. Merriweather was relaxing in his backyard when Roach came in and began yelling and cursing at him. Roach continued to get upset with Merriweather to the extent that he pushed him and threatened to do more bodily harm. Roach was taken into custody and charged with assault.
Sonseray Welch punches, pulls neighbor’s hair for “being too loud”
38-year-old Sonseray Welch was involved in an altercation with her upstairs neighbor, Alexis Johnson, at Fieldstone Village on November 5th. The conflict started when Johnson was “being too loud,” so Welch got her broom and started to hit it on the ceiling. Welch then went up to Johnson’s room, pushed and punched her while pulling her hair. Johnson was able to provide law enforcement with video proof of the assault. Welch was taken into custody and charged with assault.
Jaleel Fletcher breaks into woman’s car, flees from police
23-year-old Jaleel Fletcher was seen committing suspicious activity at Needmore Road on November 27th. The Montgomery County E911 Center received a call from one of the residents of the Needmore Apartment building stating that her neighbor, who lived a floor above her apartment, banged on her front door, went to the parking lot, and broke into her black Hyundai EGM. The caller described the individual as a black male wearing a black hoodie with red sweatpants, and another caller stated that there was a black male outside with the same description but was holding a “crowbar or a hammer.” When law enforcement arrived, they found a tall, black, skinny male matching the descriptions given over the phone standing next to the Hyundai EGM while the car alarm was going off. The male was later identified as Fletcher. When he saw officers arrive, Fletcher attempted to walk off but stopped shortly after being given orders to return. Fletcher suddenly began to sprint away from the officers, but after a short pursuit, he was tackled to the ground, where he continued to disobey orders given by officers.
The black Hyundai EGM was observed to have the driver’s side window smashed out. Officers, after searching the immediate area, found a hatchet that fell out of Fletcher’s pocket during the struggle. The victim also added that Fletcher caused damage to her front door in addition to her car’s window, both of which are estimated to cost between $500 and $600 in damage. Fletcher was taken into custody and charged with vandalism, resisting arrest, and evading arrest.
Brenda Calderon assaults family members during dispute
37-year-old Brenda Calderon, an employee of the federal government, was involved in a domestic altercation with her daughter, Crystal Calderon, and her husband, Edgardo Calderon, at Cottage Lane on November 26th. Crystal and Edgardo were at Brenda’s house for a custody swap for their son and Crystal’s passport. While going through this process, an argument ensued over Edgardo and Brenda’s ongoing issues. Brenda, amidst the dispute, slapped Edgardo’s phone out of his hand and pushed Crystal. This sparked a fight between her and Crystal, which was all caught on video. Law enforcement observed minor cuts on Crystal’s lips and a scratch on the back of Edgardo’s neck. When questioned by law enforcement, Brenda admitted to everything mentioned but added that Edgardo got in the middle of the fight and held her to the ground. Brenda was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Tranesha Drish assaults boyfriend with toy truck during dispute
21-year-old Tranesha Drish was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend on Madison Street on November 26th. The dispute between the two started with an argument that Drish elevated when she threw a toy tuck at Richard’s face, causing visible scratches. Drish then pushed him and went around the apartment, breaking other items. When law enforcement questioned Drish, she told them that she did throw the toy truck but said it didn’t hit her boyfriend. She also added that she did push him, but only after he slapped her. Drish was still deemed the primary aggressor of the altercation. Drish was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Laurel Montoya punches husband in face, husband tells police “he wants to go back to sleep”
51-year-old Laurel Renee Montoya had a domestic scuffle with her boyfriend, Matthew Langford, at Morrison Drive in the early hours of November 26th. Montoya spoke with officers and advised that she had gone through Langford’s cell phone and saw messages that she did not like, went to their bedroom, grabbed him by his hand and foot, and attempted to drag him out of the bed while telling him to leave the residence. Then, she said he grabbed her by the neck, so she punched him in the lips. Officers attempted to speak with Langford, but he was uncooperative, insisting he “wanted to go back to sleep.” Montoya was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Alayah Robinson scratches ex-boyfriends neck during dispute
23-year-old Alayah Devine Robinson was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Brandon Patton, at Oak Arbor Court on November 25th. Patton advised officers that Robinson came to his residence to drop off their daughter and began to bang on the door, screaming and getting aggressive as he opened the door. They were having a verbal argument when Robinson scratched Patton’s neck, causing him to push her by her throat in self-defense. Robinson was deemed as the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
