Myah Wilson charged after leaving her 3 young children home alone for hours

24-year-old Myah Wilson was jailed on November 2nd after police responded to reports of child abuse and neglect on Peachers Mill Road. Matthew Harris, a contractor for the apartment complex, advised that as he was inside an apartment to do some work, he found three young children left inside alone. When officers arrived, they were met by the manager and the three children, ages four years old, two years old, and seven months old. Mr. Harris advised that he entered the apartment at 12:14 p.m. Around 1:35 p.m., Myah returned to the apartment and stated that she was at the laundry mat and had to leave the children at home so she could take the laundry.

DUI: Andrew Short crashes into fire hydrant and stop sign

35-year-old Andrew David Short was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Ft. Campbell Boulevard on November 2nd. Short was visibly intoxicated, holding a vodka bottle, when officers arrived and spoke with him. He admitted to drinking before driving into a fire hydrant and a stop sign. Short was taken into custody for failing to exercise due care and driving under the influence.

Joey Poindexter assaults man with wooden boat paddle because he was “up on the boat against my wife”

44-year-old Joey Poindexter was on the bank of the Cumberland River when a prolonged incident occurred. This incident consisted of arguing with intermittent physical altercations, including Joey Poindexter, Stephanie Poindexter, Mikhail Petrov, and Irina Petrova, but Mrs. Poindexter and Mrs. Petrova were the center focus during this altercation. When Mr. Petrov tried to remove his mother from the situation, Mr. Poindexter took a wooden boat paddle and attacked Mr. Petrov at least two times. One of the attacks hit him in the head, causing a large laceration. Mr. Poindexter told police officers that Mr. Petrov was “up on the boat against” his wife and that he hit him to defend his wife, which video evidence contradicts. Poindexter was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Haley Hall holds mother down on bed and bites her

21-year-old Haley Hall tried to get her mother’s phone from her but became very aggressive. Police responded to a domestic violence call on Andersonville Drive and spoke to the mother of Haley Hall. According to Hall’s mother, Hall pounced on her, holding her down on the bed and biting her hand during the altercation leaving red marks. Haley left the house before the police arrived. Haley Hall was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

18-year-old Shanya Harris assaults McDonalds manager

18-year-old Shanya Denay Harris was taken in custody on October 31st for an outstanding warrant regarding an assault that occurred at McDonald’s on October 26th. Harris was at work when she and two others approached her manager, Jahreise Martin, and she began pushing and hitting him. McDonald’s provided footage showing the incident. Then, when Harris was arrested on October 31st, a subsequent search yielded in officers finding a loaded Glock .40 caliber pistol in her front right pocket and a “nicotine vapor device.” Additionally, Harris was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and prohibited purchase of a tobacco product by a minor.

Logan Arkell damages ex-girlfriend’s tire, caught by doorbell camera

26-year-old Logan Jeffrey Arkell vandalized his ex-girlfriend’s, Kara Jenson’s, car at Commerce Street on the morning of October 30th. When they received a doorbell notification, Jenson was at a friend’s house and noticed Arkell going to the passenger’s side of Jenson’s vehicle, squatting near the tire, as they checked the footage. Arkell ran off toward the street when the motion light went off, and Jenson observed her tire was damaged and flat. She received a text from Arkell later saying he was sorry and that he would fix the tire. Arkel was arrested for vandalism on October 31st.

Shambria Hawk assaults husband until he “curled up into a ball”

36-year-old Shambria Hawk was jailed on October 31st after assaulting her husband on Cavalier Drive. The victim stated that he attempted to have a conversation with his wife when he noticed she was recording him with her phone. He took her phone, and she tried to get it back by force. The victim stated that as they struggled over the phone, his wife tried to grab his neck, scratching both sides in the process. The victim managed to get out of the house temporarily and take a walk around the block. He stated that he ended up curling up into a ball because she hit him multiple times all over his body until he eventually gave her phone back. Shambria corroborated the statements about her phone, and when asked about the scratches on her husband’s neck, she stated that they probably came from the struggle over the phone as she has long nails. The two have no prior domestic history.

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Christopher Robert Morris was violating traffic laws at Fort Campbell Boulevard on October 27th. Officers observed Morris conduct an illegal U-turn, and when they activated their sirens, he failed to yield and continued to speed down Fort Campbell. Officers conducted a traffic stop; they observed that Infante-Camero was visibly intoxicated. She consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in a 0.107% BAC. Infante-Camero was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Nicolas Hunter drunkenly punches mother’s TV during argument

23-year-old Nicolas Deondre Hunter was involved in a domestic disturbance with his mother, Nicole Hunter-Barnett, at Cedar Springs Ct. on October 29th. Nicole advised officers that her son came home intoxicated, came into her room, woke her up, and started an argument before lunging at her. His girlfriend held him back before he punched his mother’s television, breaking it, then left the room. Hunter said he entered his mom’s room to speak with her, and an argument ensued. He stated that his girlfriend attempted to pull him out of the room. While being pulled, his elbow hit the TV and unintentionally damaged it. Hunter also denied lunging at his mother. His girlfriend corroborated his statements, and he was deemed as the primary aggressor. Hunter was taken into custody for domestic assault and vandalism.

36-year-old Teria Jonique Coleman was involved in a single-vehicle accident on I-24. Officers spoke with Coleman and observed her to be visibly intoxicated. They asked her if she consumed any alcohol, and she replied, “I don’t drink.” Coleman then told them that she had a shot at 2 p.m. before changing her answer to 5 p.m. She consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly, Coleman was then taken into custody for driving under the influence.

19-year-old Logan William Blackmon failed to stop at a stop sign and sped off at Dunlop Lane on the night of October 28. Officers noticed this, conducted a traffic stop, and smelled a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Blackmon. They asked Blackmon if he consumed any alcohol, and he admitted to having three beers, consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.122% BAC. A subsequent search of Blackmon’s vehicle yielded an open box of beer, an open bottle of liquor, and a handgun with three loaded magazines. Blackmon was taken into custody for underage driving under the influence, unlawful carry of a firearm, possession of a handgun while under the influence, reckless driving, and an open container violation.

22-year-old Martina Kaylee Jones was found on the scene of a wreck with injuries; she told officers that she had a couple of shots of tequila before driving. When officers observed Jones, they noticed that she was highly intoxicated and had a strong smell of alcohol. Jones consented to field sobriety tests, which she performed terribly. Jones later consented to get her blood drawn and was kept at the hospital on a psych hold. Jones was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

45-year-old Tonya Lee Bennett was offering sexual services in exchange for money via the “escort” website, Skipthegames.eu, as Special agents conducted a prostitution operation on October 26th.  An advertisement was in the “men seeking female escort” section for Clarksville, TN, posted on October 12th headed: “Nice Pretty Tight Pussy Ready and Waiting.” There were numerous sexual acts and a phone number listed in the ad that an undercover agent was able to text Bennett through. The UC and Bennett agreed to meet at the Super 8 Motel for a thirty-minute visit with another female for $360.00 and an extra $50.00 to use no condom. The UC arrived at the motel and met with Bennet and Stephanie Smith, the other individual in the contract. Bennett and Smith were placed into custody for promoting prostitution after admitting to the contract, posting the ad, knowing about the website, and the transactional arrangement.
