54-year-old Marty Lambert was booked on May 21st after police pulled her over for a broken license plate light on Ashland City Road and Glendale Drive. Police pulled over Ms. Lambert in her white 1999 Chevy Silverado. She provided her ID, informed police that her license was suspended, and she didn’t have current insurance. Police noticed her bloodshot eyes and could smell alcohol coming from her breath. She told police that she was coming from Scooter’s Bar and Grill, where she had two drinks. Ms. Lambert consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly before giving up and refusing to continue.

Anderson Aristhene charged with DUI after driving wrong way on Fort Campbell Blvd

30-year-old Anderson Aristhene was jailed on May 20th after police responded to a call about a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road down Fort Campbell Boulevard. When officers arrived, they saw Aristhene driving his blue sedan into oncoming traffic and had him pull into the parking lot of Smooves Grill. Aristhene had extremely slurred speech, and police could smell alcohol coming from his body. When police saw him unsteady on his feet, he was asked to consent to sobriety tests but denied, turned around, and placed his hands behind his back on his own accord. He was taken into custody, and transported to booking.

Fort Campbell soldier Allen Gurganus blows 0.194% BAC after six beers at a party

20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Allen Gurganus was at a party in the Dunbar Cave area on May 12, where he says he consumed “five to six beers” before leaving to attempt to drive back to base. As he drove away, he nearly struck another person’s vehicle with his Ford F-150, and that person alerted police, who quickly caught up with Gurganus a short distance away. As the officer followed Gurganus, he observed him swerving over the center line six times. He initiated a traffic stop and reports that Gurganus reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He later blew a 0.194% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Matthew Martinez charged with 2nd DUI in 9 days

Fresh out of jail and on bond for a DUI earlier this month, 24-year-old Matthew Martinez once again found himself in handcuffs this week. On May 21, officers observed Martinez driving his black Ford Fusion at 78 mph in a 45 mph zone near Dover Rd & High Point Rd. Officers conducted a traffic stop and immediately smelled both marijuana and alcohol coming from Martinez. He was reportedly slurring his words, repeating himself, and having trouble keeping his balance. He was transported to booking and was once again charged with DUI — the second time in nine days.

Soldier Robert Henson charged with DUI after leaving Dover Road Bar at 2 AM

35-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Robert Henson says he just left an Army “farewell party” at a bar on Dover Road when he was observed by police driving with no exterior lights on his truck. During the subsequent traffic stop, Henson reeked of alcohol as he spoke and was visibly intoxicated. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

Matthew Martinez so drunk he turned himself in for DUI in Electric Cowboy parking lot

24-year-old Matthew Martinez was enjoying his night at the troubled Electric Cowboy last week when at 3 a.m. on May 13, he left the bar and got into a black car. Police say he drove through the parking lot without his headlights on and was headed to the roadway when he observed Clarksville Police officers Renken and Hall parked behind RimTyme as they were watching vehicles leave the club at closing time. Before the officer even had a chance to initiate a traffic stop or even acknowledge Martinez, he stopped his car near a patrol car and approached the officers to speak to them with extremely slurred words in his highly intoxicated state. Officers asked if he could call someone for a right home, and Martinez began to talk over the officers and refused all assistance. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

Grady O’Bryant charged with 3 AM DUI on Fort Campbell Blvd

44-year-old Grady O’Bryant was jailed on May 7th after police saw him swerve from the left lane to the shoulder of the right lane several times on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Police turned on their lights and sirens, but O’Bryant was slow to react and passed by several intersections and parking lots that would have been a safe place to pull over. When police finally made contact, O’Bryant slurred as he admitted drinking alcohol. He was unsteady on his feet as he performed poorly during field sobriety tests and blew a .143% BAC on the breathalyzer before throwing up.

Tommy Brooks charged with DUI after leaving troubled Electric Cowboy bar

38-year-old Thomas ‘Tommy’ Brooks was booked on May 6th after driving home drunk from the troubled Electric Cowboy. A citizen called the police stating that he was behind a Gray Truck on Madison Street that was weaving all over the road and going well above the speed limit. Officers responded and got behind the truck; once they observed the truck swerve, they pulled Brooks over for questioning and asked if he would consent to sobriety tests. Brooks performed poorly and told police he could not continue the tests as he was unsteady on his feet and struggled to stay balanced. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

21-year-old Maleah Ferguson-Ridley was jailed on May 7th after driving past police while drunk on Riverside Drive. Police say 25-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Clint Gardner ran a red light in his red El Camino on Fort Campbell Blvd just before 2 a.m. on April 30 and struck another vehicle. He suffered injuries from the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Gardner admitted to drinking prior to driving but would not elaborate on how much or how long before. He reeked of alcohol and had slurred speech, according to first responders.

27-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Brandon Campbell was traveling southbound on Fort Campbell Blvd at 1 a.m. on May 1 with no visible tail lights. An officer conducted a traffic stop, during which Campbell reportedly reeked of alcohol. He had trouble standing and had slurred speech during the interaction. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking, after a blood draw. Campbell has a prior conviction for DUI on Fort Campbell from February of 2021.

DUI: Gerrica James drank Hennessy and smoked marijuana before driving

27-year-old Gerrica James was jailed on April 29th for driving while drunk and high on Andrew Drive. Police responded to a call from a citizen advising that a drunk driver was following her. Police initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Andrew Drive and Ambrose Drive, where James was driving a red 2015 Dodge Charger. Police could smell alcohol coming from inside and observed James behind the wheel with red eyes. She was moving in slow motion and admitted to drinking three shots of Hennessy within the hour of the incident. She performed poorly on sobriety tests and admitted to being high as she smoked marijuana a few hours before the incident.

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Colby Taylor-Hill crashed into another vehicle on the evening of April 27 on Fort Campbell Blvd and initially fled the scene, leaving the car damaged. A few minutes later, while police were out with the impacted vehicle, Colby called 911 to say he was in an accident and agreed to meet at the nearby store. Officers say he reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He later blew a 0.128% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Police observed 23-year-old Soldier Michael Krusenoski swerving in and out of lanes from Providence Boulevard to Fort Cambell Boulevard near Old Mill Road, where they pulled him over for a traffic stop. Police say 22-year-old Soldier Kenley Chadwick ran through a red light on Madison Street just before 4 a.m. on April 23. A traffic stop was conducted, and he was observed to be visibly intoxicated and reeking of alcohol. He stated he had “one beer” earlier in the evening and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was transported to booking and charged with driving under the influence after a brief stop at Sango ER for a blood draw.

Paul Neal crashes vehicle during overdose; claims he only had “a bowl of weed”

25-year-old Paul Neal was the driver of a black sedan that witnesses say ran off the roadway on Fort Campbell Blvd on April 24, struck a pole, and then continued back onto the roadway. As he fled, he could not stay in a single lane, and by the time police arrived, he had stopped the vehicle along the roadway and was laid out on the road. Officers say he was losing consciousness as they arrived, and they quickly administered Narcan, which revived Neal. Neal stated someone run him off the roadway, and he was just trying to park. He adamantly denied any narcotic use and claimed he only “smoke a bowl of weed” today.

Soldier Antonio Carlisle charged with DUI on I-24

Police say 22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Antonio Carlisle was found in his 2012 Volkswagen Golf on I-24 in the early morning hours of April 17, passed out behind the wheel when officers arrived. After multiple attempts, Carlisle was finally awoken, and he was in a state of confusion, not knowing where he was or what was happening. Through slurred speech, he admitted to drinking “one beer” an hour prior to driving. He alerted the officer to a loaded Glock 43x which he was holstered near his groin. It was retrieved, and Carlisle was taken into custody.

DUI: Weston Briggle had 4 beers and 2 shots before driving with 2 children in vehicle

39-year-old Weston Briggle was jailed on April 8th after he flipped his Kia on Mountain Road with two children inside. Police responded to the crash site and saw the Kia flipped on its roof and all passengers outside the vehicle. When police spoke to Briggle, they could smell alcohol coming from him, and his eyes were a bit bloodshot. There was an open container of Coors Light in the car, and police asked Briggle if he had consumed any alcohol which he replied that he had at least four beers and two shots within the last hour. He agreed to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was transported to booking. He had his three-year-old child and his girlfriend’s 14-year-old daughter in the car with him during the crash.
