26-year-old Thor Tucker faces DUI and multiple other charges after deputies say they observed him traveling at 65 mph in a 35 mph zone in his white Mustang late Monday. During the subsequent traffic stop, he reportedly reeked of alcohol and had an open 25oz can of Busch beer that was still cold and partially empty. Tucker refused all alcohol testing, but a warrant was granted for a blood draw. He was additionally charged with a window tint violation.

Soldier Jacob Amon charged with DUI after drinking at a bar with friends

28-year-old Jacob Amon told police he was drinking with friends at a bar before they observed him traveling at 69 mph in a 45 mph zone on Liberty Church Rd. When the officer approached Amon for the traffic stop, his eyes were glossy and bloodshot, and the odor of alcohol was coming from his breath. A field sobriety test was conducted, and Amon performed poorly. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Taylor Marks charged with DUI in crash after leaving Electric Cowboy

30-year-old Taylor Marks was jailed for crashing her car while drunk just before 4 a.m. on February 24th. Officer Perez responded to a DUI on Providence Blvd after a single-vehicle crash. When police approached Marks, she had slurred speech, glossy eyes, and alcohol on her breath. Marks stated she had 3-4 beers at the troubled Electric Cowboy. She consented to the sobriety test and performed poorly. Marks was taken into custody; this is her first DUI offense.

Police say 28-year-old Nicole Yanik was under the influence of a drug when she crashed her Chevrolet Tahoe Wednesday afternoon on Madison Street. DUI: Soldier Jasmyne Bray crahsed into ‘Welcome to Clarksville’ sign after ‘one shot’

22-year-old For Campbell Soldier Jasmyne Bray crashed her car into the “Welcome to Clarksville” sign near state line road just after 3 a.m. Sunday, according to Officer LaJoie who responded to the crash. The Nissan Altima was unoccupied at the time. A witness stated he saw the driver leave the scene with another individual. Officers got in contact with Bray, who she admitted that she was the one driving and had left the scene. She then returned to the scene of the accident and stated that she had one shot to drink earlier that evening. Bray agreed to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly. She was arrested for driving under the influence.

Bruce Tidwell pulls deputy into cell with him and bites his leg at Montgomery County Jail

22-year-old Bruce Tidwell was found slumped over his steering wheel on the side of the highway. On 02/19/2023, Officer Wright responded to a welfare check After THP Trooper Crysel was unable to get a response from Tidwell, who was passed out over his steering wheel. After banging on the window and shouting, Tidwell was able to exit the vehicle but was so intoxicated he fell asleep while standing up and staggered around. He would not comply with sobriety tests, and the decision was made to take Tidwell into custody. Once Tidwell was told he was being handcuffed, he started to fight back violently, causing himself and the officer to fall to the ground in a struggle. He was finally escorted to the patrol car.

The officer opened the door to remove a bag and Tidwell kicked the door shut on him causing the officer to fall and causing damage to the inside of the vehicle. Tidwell was finally taken to booking. Once there, Deputy Cornett responded to deputy needs assistance call. Upon arrival Tidwell was kicking at other deputies and screaming, “I AM NOT STAYING IN THIS CELL!” He wrestled the deputy into the cell with him. During this time, he also bit the deputy in the leg.

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Eddie Brown was driving his Nissan Sentra the wrong way on Ted A. Crozier St. Blvd just after 3:30 a.m. Sunday, when officers conducted a traffic stop. Brown, who was visibly intoxicated, stated he had just left the troubled Electric Cowboy bar, where he consumed “three to five Budweiser beers.” He was transported to Tennova for a blood draw and then to booking, where he was charged with DUI.

Fort Campbell Soldier Nathaniel Merck charged in 4 a.m. DUI — asleep behind the wheel

21-year-old Nathaniel Merck was found slumped over the wheel of his Volkswagen Passat just before 5 a.m. Saturday near 101st & Trenton Road. Merck was at a traffic light with his vehicle in drive, and several light cycles occurred after the officer arrived. His vehicle began to roll through the intersection as he became alert. Officers had to break through the window of the car, unlock the door, and place the car in park as he was driving toward a ditch. Merck performed poorly on field sobriety tests and admitted he was drunk. He later blew a 0.142% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Soldier Jonathan Radliff completes drunk driving rampage after leaving Electric Cowboy

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jonathan Radliff says he had “four drinks” at the troubled Electric Cowboy club in Clarksville in the early hours of Friday morning. After getting extremely intoxicated, the soldier got into this vehicle and was involved in a hit-and-run which Clarksville Police are investigating. Shortly after that incident he was stopped by deputies on Hand Drive after someone called into say he struck their trailer and was still at the location. Deputies say he was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Inside his vehicle were three open containers of various alcohol beverages.

30-year-old Jessica Sullens told THP Trooper Brian Gleen that she had “four beers” at the troubled Electric Cowboy bar in Clarksville Friday night before he pulled her over just after 3 a.m. Saturday. Though she reeked of alcohol, the Trooper noted she was jittery, fidgeting, and hyper, and suspected she was also under the influence of a stimulant. 24-year-old Romereo Shamburger was driving a Chrysler 300 on Hwy 236 with a headline out in the early hours of February 4. THP Trooper Brian Glenn conducted a traffic stop and immediately noticed his bloodshot eyes and a scale in the floorboard. Shamburger volunteered 4.4 grams of marijuana to the Trooper and said he keeps the scale so he doesn’t get scammed when buying it. Not knowing when to shut up, Shamburger told the Trooper that he had just quit smoking today, but prior to today, he “would smoke three times a day, in the morning, lunch break, and after work, and rolls approximately .5 grams of marijuana into black and mild cigars and smokes them.”

Jacob Goodheart flips truck on Rossview Road, charged with DUI

23-year-old Jacob Goodheart reportedly flipped his Nissan Titan truck during a crash on Rossview Road on Saturday. He was standing outside of the vehicle when police arrived and reeked of alcohol. A witness at the scene stated the Titan truck was weaving and swerving before it flipped. Goodheard says he was driving home from Nashville and had consumed alcohol prior to driving. Goodheart refused to participate in field sobriety tests, stating it was too cold. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

DUI: Colton Miller leads police on high-speed pursuit before crashing on Salem Road

A Deputy says he was driving on Hwy 48 when a white Ford Expedition driven by 24-year-old Colton Miller sped past him on the right at a high rate of speed. He clocked the vehicle at 90 mph in a 35 mph work zone. Despite lights and sirens being activated, Miller continued to flee, and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle eventually crashed on Salem Road, and a felony stop was completed. Miller was highly intoxicated and possessed a 9 mm handgun.

30-year-old Jessica Palm was driving her 2015 Nissan Sentra on Hwy 76 just after 2 a.m. Wednesday morning when police say she began to make erratic lane changes and could not stay between the lines of any particular lane as she traveled West. Deputy Acevdeo conducted a traffic stop and observed Palm to be intoxicated and with slow movements when asked to do tasks. 38-year-old Michael Moultrie, the face of club N’QUIRE, was jailed early Saturday morning after crashing his vehicle near Ft. Campbell Blvd & Lafayette Rd. Officers arrived and noted he reeked of alcohol, and Moultrie stated he was drinking alcohol at the troubled Electric Cowboy prior to driving. He told police he was contacting his lawyer and would not answer further questions. When read the implied consent law, Moultrie closed his eyes and refused to answer. 13.58 grams of marijuana was located in the vehicle, and he was driving on a suspended license and was unable to provide proof of insurance.

Police say 47-year-old Heidi Dattilo ran off the road just after 11 p.m. on January 16, near the intersection of Hwy 149 & Palmyra Road, and impacted a guardrail. THP Trooper Trevor Case responded to the scene and observed Dattilo to be uneasy on her feet and with slurred speech. She stated she had not consumed any alcohol but had taken her “nighttime medicine,” which she knew she was not supposed to drive on. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI and failure to exercise due care.
