29-year-old Christal Woods was involved in a domestic altercation with her husband, Andre Woods, at Freedom Drive on February 13th. Officers contacted Christal, who advised that she argued with her husband. Christal said she arrived earlier today to drop off her daughter at the mentioned location. Andre asked Christal when she would leave, and Christal told Andre that she was not going yet and would stay. Andre grabbed Christal’s keys and tried to leave with their daughter to avoid being around Christal. Christal confronted Andre and asked him to give her their daughter. Andre declined and continued in his attempt to leave. Christal began to wrestle Andre for the keys, leaving two bite marks on his right arm. Christal Woods was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

DUI: Lakyea Rosenberger urinates on herself after crashing car on Peachers Mill Road
31-year-old Lakyea Rosenberger was involved in a crash on Peachers Mill Road on the night of February 24th. Officers arrived and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Rosenberger. Rosenberger then admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage before driving. Officers noted that Rosenberger had also urinated on herself. Rosenberger consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and agreed to provide a breath sample with a final result of .093 BAC. Rosenberger was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on February 25th.
Soldier Chelsea Messmer charged with domestic assault of her husband during dispute
24-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Chelsea Messmer was jailed on October 21st after assaulting her husband at their home on Freedom Drive. She advised that she told her husband, Joseph Messmer, that he needed to move out. She then began helping Joseph pack his belongings by putting them on the ground in front of the dresser. Chelsea asked Joseph to pack what was in the bedroom last so he didn’t wake up their son. She then noticed Joseph carrying the child and asked him multiple times to give her the baby so she could feed him. But Joseph would not give up the child, so she started prying his fingers apart to get the child from him.
Joel Rashad Scott charged after biting wife during dispute over PlayStation 5
Aaliyah Scott tells police that she was in a verbal argument with her husband, 29-year-old Joel Rashad Scott, when he attempted to leave their home with a PlayStation 5. She admittedly grabbed at the PlayStation in an attempt to stop him, at which time Joel bit her forearm. Police documented a bite mark injury and took Joel Scott into custody for domestic assault.
