29-year-old Cody Busbin’s wife called the police and spoke to them when they arrived at the residence on Chester Harris Rd on August 5th. Jenna Busbin, his wife, told them that she had a full protection order against Cody. The order of protection states that they can only communicate through an application called “Our Family Wizard” when it pertains solely to their child. This is to include school or visitation. That day she said that Cody contacted her through the “Our Family Wizard” app to tell her to gather her belongings from a truck he was selling. Since the communication did not pertain to their child, it violated the protection order.

33-year-old Andrew Arce was inside the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd on March 20 when a loss prevention associate noticed him and recalled he had been previously trespassed from the location. Officers arrived and verified that he was served a trespass notice in June 2022 and took him into custody.
Kevonni Young charged with DUI after traffic stop in Clarksville
21-year-old Kevonni Young was driving a Chevrolet Silverado near Outlaw Field Road / Airport Road late Saturday evening when Clarksville Police Officer Marcus Lax says he observed the vehicle weaving between lanes of travel. He initiated a traffic stop and noted Kevonni Young appeared intoxicated. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, and charged with DUI.
DUI: N’QUIRE’s Michael Moultrie jailed in 3 AM crash after leaving Electric Cowboy
38-year-old Michael Moultrie, the face of club N’QUIRE, was jailed early Saturday morning after crashing his vehicle near Ft. Campbell Blvd & Lafayette Rd. Officers arrived and noted he reeked of alcohol, and Moultrie stated he was drinking alcohol at the troubled Electric Cowboy prior to driving. He told police he was contacting his lawyer and would not answer further questions. When read the implied consent law, Moultrie closed his eyes and refused to answer. 13.58 grams of marijuana was located in the vehicle, and he was driving on a suspended license and was unable to provide proof of insurance.
DUI: Deborah Earnest had “four Cosmopolitans” before driving
52-year-old Deborah Lynette Earnest was involved in a vehicle crash Monday evening just before 6 p.m. When officers questioned her about the accident, she could not form complete sentences and believed she was on an entirely different road. She stated she had consumed “four Cosmopolitans” before driving. Officers say she reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. She was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
Tregan Woody charged with DUI after release from hospital following crash
23-year-old Tregan Woody was jailed this week on a March 7th DUI charge for which he was hospitalized immediately after the incident. Police say they observed Woody seemingly intoxicated with pinpoint pupils, unresponsive, and falling asleep after a crash with injuries at Kraft & College St, and medics transported him to Tennova for treatment. While at the hospital, he stated he does not do drugs, then admitted only to smoking marijuana prior to the crash. Police charged him with driving under the influence and noted a history of overdose and Fentanyl possession.
DUI: Donna Wilford crashes car into building on Warfield Blvd
45-year-old Donna Wilford crashed her vehicle into a building at 327 Warfield Blvd on March 19th just after 7 p.m. Officer Clint Sutton responded to find her with slow, slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI. Wilford was previously convicted of DUI 3rd Offense in March of 2018.

42-year-old Keller Williams Realtor Venus Owens was booked into the Montgomery County Jail Tuesday on two outstanding warrants, charging her with assault of a husband and wife at the Wilma Rudolph Dollar Tree on December 29th. Court records allege she left the husband bruised after he tried to intervene after she spit on his wife during an argument.
