A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 22-year-old Isaiah Porter for theft on October 24th, 2022. The indictment alleges that Porter took personal property from Timothy Hollis while using a handgun. Porter was taken into custody on May 5th, 2024. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $20,500.
