Fort Campbell Soldier, Isileli Rivas, argues with his friend at a bar

22-year-old Isileli Falemahafu Rivas argued with his friend Paul Allen at a bar on Tiny Town Road near Bobcat Lane in the early hours of January 26th. Rivas was agitated and unwilling to answer questions from officers when they arrived. They observed him to be visibly inebriated as he admitted to having three drinks before getting argumentative with Allen. Rivas was deemed a public nuisance and taken into custody for public intoxication.

Soldier Isileli Rivas threatens to shoot friend at party

22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Isileli Falemahafu Rivas was jailed on November 5th after pulling a gun out on his friend. Trevor Zandt told police he had a party with some friends after work. At some point, he had gotten into an altercation with his friends outside his home. During the dispute, his friend, Rivas, threatened him by aiming a tan-handled firearm at him. The next day, the incident was confirmed when officers reviewed surveillance footage and saw Rivas in possession of the gun that was partially concealed in his jacket pocket. Soldier Isileli Rivas charged with firing shots out truck window at stranger

21-year-old Isileli Rivas, a Fort Campbell soldier, was jailed on May 1 after police say he fired shots from a vehicle on Brady Drive near Dover Road. Leonard Coleman told police the Ford F-250 which was driven by Paul Allen, and was pulling a trailer, was firing multiple shots out the window at various places and at him. Officers located the truck, which was also occupied by passenger Tyler Ready. A pistol was located in the vehicle, along with another firearm and spent shell casings. All three were transported to the station and during an interview, both Allen and Ready stated that Rivas just started shooting from the back seat as they were traveling.
