DUI: Soldier Randy Barahona blows .338% BAC after drinking two beers at Tippers Neighborhood Pub

28-year-old Randy Arnulfo Barahona of the US Army pulled his white Lexus over to the shoulder lane behind a patrol car attending to an unrelated traffic stop near Needmore Road and Tiny Town Road in the early hours of March 25th. Officers approached the Lexus and noticed he was visibly intoxicated, reeking of alcohol. Barahona admitted to having “two beers” at Tippers Neighborhood Pub. Barahona then consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Barahona agreed to provide a breath sample, which resulted in a .338% BAC. Since he blew over .250% BAC, they transported him to Tennova for medical clearance. Then, Barahona was taken into custody for driving under the influence on March 25th.
