Soldier Kenneth McCormack flees from police on his motorcycle just before 3 a.m.

24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Kenneth McCormack was jailed on April 9th after taking off on the police when they tried to pull him over for speeding on his motorcycle. An officer saw McCormack going 67 mph on Dover Road at 2:40 a.m. When the officer turned on his lights and siren, McCormack sped off trying to avoid being pulled over. The Officer turned off his emergency equipment and saw McCormack pull into Mr. Billy’s Bar and go inside. The officer followed and was able to identify McCormack by his clothing. He would not give the officer his Driver’s License, but he was able to be identified by cross-referencing from a prior incident on his motorcycle within the city.

Teen remains jailed on $250 bond after “assaulting” stepmother — Tiffany Brewer

18-year-old Tiffany Brewer is charged with the domestic assault of her stepmother, Marilyn Jones. Jones reported her stepdaughter “struck her on the hand” while she was on the phone during an argument. A Sheriff’s deputy took Brewer into custody after she admitted to striking her, and also documented a red mark on the victim’s left hand. She remains jailed in lieu of a $250 bond, five days after her arrest.
