47-year-old Christopher Warnsing was jailed on July 7th after breaking into a home on Oak Creek Drive while he says he was “out looking for a sign from God.” Police spoke with the victim, that said a man broke into her home through the front door, and she was woken up by her alarm system and saw him standing in her hallway. He left her home, and police found him outside. He stated that he was “out looking for a sign from God” Police reviewed camera footage and observed Warnsing enter the house. Police were also flagged down by neighbors who stated that he had been walking around their house.

Sharina Broyles punches daughter in face, drags her by her arm, per report

42-year-old Sharina Broyles was jailed on July 7th after police received a call from her daughter stating that her mother assaulted her during an argument at their home on Calumet Drive. She said that her mother wanted her to leave the house, and as she was packing her things, Broyles dragged her by the arm and hit her in the face and arm multiple times. Both parties stated they were hit by the other, but Broyles was determined to be the primary aggressor.

Sonya Little charged with DUI after swerving on Tiny Town Road

43-year-old Sonya Little was jailed after police observed her BMW swerve out of the lane three times on Tiny Town Road. She told police she was coming from a friend’s house, where she had three mixed drinks about two and a half hours prior. She had bloodshot watery eyes and smelled of alcohol. She consented to field sobriety tests and performed poorly. An open can of Ultra beer was located in the driver’s side door pocket.

Jemini Lyons found with Fentanyl, Heroin, & Xanax while shoplifting at Dollar General

24-year-old Jemini Lyons was jailed on July 7th after he was caught shoplifting from Dollar General. When officers arrived on the scene, they observed Lyons to have merchandise concealed in his pockets and a large amount of cash in his hand. When asked why he had the merchandise in his pocket, he claimed that he was “just holding it” but planned on paying for it. While emptying his pockets, a plastic bag fell out, and he admitted that it was 10 Xanax bars that belonged to him. Officers opened the bag and found a bag of a tan powdery substance and a bag with a pink powdery substance, and the 10 Xanax bars. The tan powder field tested positive for 1 gram of Fentanyl, and the pink powder for 3.4 grams of Heroin.

Tonya Reddick charged with third DUI after crash

42-year-old Tonya Reddick was booked on July 8th after police responded to a vehicle that peeled off into the mud on the side of the road and wrecked. The officers immediately smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from her, and she admitted to having a couple of drinks four to five hours prior. Ms. Reddick agreed to perform sobriety tests after several minutes of the officers trying to explain. Midway through, she said she was done and refused to continue. Officers located multiple bottles of alcohol in the center console and an empty cup. Two of the bottles were empty. This was Ms. Reddick’s third DUI offense.

Arthur Brown charged with shooting up ex-girlfriend’s car

43-year-old Arthur Brown was jailed on July 8th after allegedly shooting up his ex-girlfriend’s car while she had her child with her. Reshonda Tyler reported that Brown ran into the street on Harvest Ridge and fired shots at her vehicle as she drove by. When officers arrived, they saw her on the corner talking to a man, but she left as they approached. Ms. Tyler initially stated that she was visiting a friend nearby but later stated that she was “just in the area.”

The man she was talking to on the corner told police that she asked if he wanted to help her “slash some tires,” and then she left for about 20 minutes before returning to speak with him again. Police arrived at Mr. Brown’s house and found 9mm shell casings next to his vehicle. He told police that he hadn’t seen Ms. Tyler that night and didn’t own a 9mm handgun. He told the police that someone had slashed his tires the day prior and showed them the deflated tire in his truck and the spare on his vehicle.

Mr. Brown lives with his father on Harvest Ridge. His father stated that he owns a 9mm gun but doesn’t know where it is in the house. He finally found a box containing a gun of the same make, caliber, and serial number. He then showed officers doorbell camera footage that revealed Mr. Brown repeatedly getting up and running into the street holding a gun earlier that night.

Treosha Webster keys car of ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend; tries to break into house

34-year-old Treosha Webster was jailed on July 14th after trying to break into her ex-boyfriend’s house. Police responded to Sonja Drive and spoke D’lablo Brown, who said that Treosha was his Father’s ex-girlfriend, and she broke a window trying to get into their house. Police observed the window broken with glass pushing toward the inside of the home. Brittney Pone, the current girlfriend, stated that Treosha came to the house looking for her boyfriend, Daniel Brown. According to Ms. Pone, Treosha then dug a key into her car on all four doors and the back causing deep metal scratches all over the vehicle. Treosha also kicked the muffler off. Police estimated the damages to the vehicle to be around $1500.

Samuell Hassell charged with DUI after leaving troubled Electric Cowboy bar

21-year-old Samuell Hassell was jailed on July 16th after police were flagged down on Commerce Street by a complainant who said he was being followed by a Jeep Cherokee. When police asked Hassell why he was following the vehicle, he slowly responded that he thought it was his friend Ben. He added that he thought Ben was driving a red car and was following him home from the troubled Electric Cowboy, where he had a few beers. Hassell agreed to field sobriety tests and performed poorly. He was taken into custody and blew a .105% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Deveon Byers smashes door, breaks fishtank, during argument with his baby’s mama

22-year-old Deveon Byers was jailed on July 15th for damaging property belonging to the mother of his child during an argument. Police responded to McCormick Lane and spoke with a woman who said while in an argument with her child’s father, she closed her bedroom door, but he broke it open, putting a hole in the door and knocking over her glass fish tank. The estimated damage was less than $1000. The woman initially wanted to prosecute for the damages but later said she only wanted Byers to be held financially responsible.

Dwayne Perry charged with lying to police about shooter’s identity in murder case

28-year-old Dwayne Perry was one of two individuals involved in an altercation prior to the murder of Steven Rhinehart on July 2nd. The shooter fired three 9mm rounds at Rhinehart as he attempted to leave a parking lot on Ringgold Road. Perry claimed he did not know the suspected shooter, but police later obtained evidence proving that the statements Perry provided were false and with the intent to hinder law enforcement from apprehending the person suspected of shooting and killing Steven Rinehart.

61-year-old Kongg Russell was jailed on July 16th when officers observed her swerving in and out of lanes of traffic in her Kia Sorento on Tiny Town Road and initiated a traffic stop. Officers immediately noticed her red glossy eyes and could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle. She admitted to playing golf earlier and drinking beer. She stumbled out of her vehicle and had to be redirected multiple times on where to go. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was then transported to Sango ER for a blood draw before being taken to booking.

24-year-old Austin Pristavec, a Fort Campbell Soldier, was jailed on July 16th after police observed him swerving and operating a cell phone on Fort Campbell Boulevard. When police pulled him over, they smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle, and Austin admitted to drinking earlier that evening. He agreed to sobriety testing and performed poorly. The search of his vehicle yielded a case of Busch Light on the floorboard along with a loaded Smith & Wesson Springfield 9mm. Austin blew a .093% BAC on a breathalyzer. He has no prior DUI history.

Jacob Frazier bites girlfriend after she pulls hair out of his head, then drags her by throat, per witness

23-year-old Jacob Frazier was jailed on July 13th for assaulting his girlfriend, Bre’Anna Griffin, after an argument. Police responded to Lancaster Road and spoke with Ms. Griffin, who explained that things turned physical when she threatened to call her boyfriend’s mother due to their argument. Frazier then followed her into her bedroom, pulled her phone from her hand, and pushed her onto the bed, where they got into a physical struggle over the phone. Ms. Griffin advised police that during the struggle, she had to pull a piece of hair out of Frazier’s head to get him off of her, and he retaliated by biting her shoulder. Ms. Griffin tried to run to a nearby bathroom, where Frazier followed a second time. While in the bathroom, Frazier grabbed her by the throat and dragged her out before slamming her onto the floor, where they entered a second struggle on the floor until she was able to escape and call 911. Police also spoke with her sister, Brittany Griffin, who stated she observed the entire altercation from beginning to end.

According to Frazier, Ms. Griifin threw a glass at him before approaching him to physically attack. He claims he had to grab her and push her to get her off of him. He was adamant that he did not physically assault her and only flipped over a desk on his way out of the bedroom. Based on statements from all parties, Frazier was determined to be the primary aggressor.

Jeffrey Cummins found unconscious on Riverside Drive

38-year-old Jeffrey Cummins was jailed on July 13th after officers found him lying unconscious on Riverside Drive. After a few sternum rubs, Cummins woke up. He had slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes, and smelled strongly of alcohol. Police determined him to be a danger to himself as he had no idea where he was, and he was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Yada owner Darla Knight & daughter Morgan jailed on felony aggravated burglary charges in Nashville

56-year-old Darla Knight, owner of Yada on Franklin, and her 30-year-old real estate agent Daughter, Morgan Knight, were both charged with aggravated burglary when they broke into Morgan’s ex-boyfriend’s house, stealing and destroying his property, and emptying a bottle of lube on his bed.

Around 9:30 p.m. on July 20th, MNPD responded to a possible aggravated burglary at 24th Ave; when they arrived, they spoke to the victim, Raymond William Johnson III. Raymond told officers that he had camera footage showing a 2011 Black Chevrolet Suburban pulling into his driveway and then Darla and Morgan Knight exiting the vehicle. Officers reported Darla and Morgan were able to be identified via the footage without question, and the registration of the Chevy Suburban showed that it was registered to Darla Knight. The door was broken into as if someone punched the deadbolt, per the report. The footage shows Darla pointing to the camera as if she planned on committing the burglary without Raymond knowing, officers noted.

When police spoke to Raymond, he said that he and Morgan had broken up in June on amicable terms. He said that he had just recently started seeing another woman. Raymond showed police a text message that Morgan sent his mother stating that she saw notes in their house from the other woman, and that is why the relationship was over. Police found a note on Raymond’s chalkboard with Morgan’s signature under it reading, ” Do not call me or try to reach out. I hope you two live your best life. I only took what was mine.” During the investigation, police found broken picture frames, an entire bottle of lubricant poured onto Raymond’s bed, drywall damage, and all of Raymond’s schoolwork wiped from his computer, valued at over $16,000 for the semester. They took several items, including bedding and curtains, valued over $1,100 as well as caused over $880 of damage to other household items. Raymond’s Glock 19 pistol was also stolen with a value of over $2,000.

39-year-old Darnykka Hillsman admitted to breaking her ex-boyfriend’s car windshield and one of his windows with her fist on July 15th. CPD Officer Vojta responded to Cranklen Cir. and spoke with Igwe Nwagwu, Darnykka’s ex-boyfriend, who told him that Darnykka broke his windshield and house window. Darnykka admitted to it and Officer Vojta notice a cut and some blood on her left index finger. Igwe showed Officer Vojta video footage of her breaking the house window and he observed blood on the windshield.

Sasha Roberson jailed for cocaine and marijuana possession

26-year-old Sasha Roberson, on July 16th, was seen kicking a bag under a car by Officer Pequignot while he was placing another person into custody. Officer Pequingnot found the bag under the car closest to Sasha that contained under 14.5 grams of field-tested-positive marijuana. She admitted that the bag was hers and then consented to a search of her vehicle and house. Field-tested-positive cocaine and more marijuana were found during the search.

Daequan Walton blows over double legal limit on breathalyzer; speeding at 84 mph

21-year-old Daequan Walton was observed doing 84 MPH and weaving through traffic on Providence Blvd. on July 17th by MCSO Deputy Ryherd. Deputy Ryherd conducted a traffic stop and spoke to Daequan, who admitted to drinking a six-pack. Another officer took over and evaluated Daequan’s sobriety test; he performed poorly and agreed to take a breathalyzer test. His BAC was 0.194 at that time.

Timmicka Falls attacks boyfriend at Shelby’s Trio restaurant in downtown Clarksville

20-year-old Timmicka Falls went to Shelby’s Trio to start an argument with her boyfriend, Carter Katruska, who worked there, on July 14th. CPD Officer Johnson responded to the call and spoke with Carter, who said that she came there to argue with him. He told the officer that he tried several times to ask her to leave, as he did not want to do that while he was at work, and walked away. At this time, he said Timmicka became belligerent, slapped him, and left the business. She also shoved Oniel Brooks, another Shelby’s Trio employee, who tried to get Timmicka out of Carter’s face. Carter pointed to several cameras telling her that her behavior was being recorded. Security footage corroborated all of Carter’s accounts of the situation.

Jamarre Burnett charged with DUI after leaving N’Quire nightclub in Clarksville

22-year-old Jamarre Burnett was found asleep in a vehicle stopped in the middle of Ft. Campbell Blvd. outside Taco Johns on July 16th. CPD Officer Gonzalez responded and found Jamarre asleep, and woke him up by knocking on the driver’s side window. He was asked to step out of the car, Officer Gonzalez noted that he smelled strongly of alcohol and marijuana, and asked if he had been drinking. Jamarre stated that he had not been drinking and was coming from N’Quire off Riverside Dr. Officer Gonzalez questioned him about the direction he was headed in and stated that he did not know his location. He then performed poorly on a sobriety test and had blood taken at Sango ER before being booked.
