29-year-old Omar Castro was disorderly at the troubled Electric Cowboy during the early hours of November 4th. Castro had been kicked out of the bar and would not leave, so the staff flagged down officers. Officers noticed Castro to be visibly intoxicated and placed him under arrest for public intoxication. Castro got to the Magistrate’s office and began to urinate all over the floor, so he was additionally charged with vandalism.

Tyrin Ingraham-Cooper assaults wife multiple times during dispute
20-year-old Tyrin Jamari Ingraham-Cooper, an employee of Popeyes, had a domestic altercation with his wife, Samariyah Luckey, at Wallace Blvd. on November 4th. Luckey advised officers that she and Cooper were arguing about her wanting to take a break from the relationship when he became upset and started to throw dishes on the ground. Cooper shoved her after she told him to pick the dishes up, causing her to pick up a pan and hit him with it while telling him not to touch her. Then, Luckey went to the bathroom as Cooper followed her, trying to argue more, and started pushing her. Luckey stated that the dispute turned physical when Cooper began punching her in the face multiple times, causing her to grab a belt that was nearby to defend herself. Cooper grabbed the belt and began hitting her with it. Officers observed visible abrasions on Luckey, consistent with her statements. Cooper was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Makayla Glover punches, bites friend during scuffle at Wal-Mart
20-year-old Makayla Glover was at Wal-Mart when she got into an altercation on November 1 with two acquaintances, Ms. Shepherd and Shaan Schoonmaker, whom she had met prior. Glover got into the face of Shepherd, and Schoonmaker stepped in to break it up before anything happened, but shortly after, he was punched and bitten by Glover. Glover was taken into custody and charged with assault.
Oliver Rayford assaults ex-girlfriend numerous times, “Get off me! Please don’t kill me”
22-year-old Oliver Dewayne Rayford, an employee at NTB/Mavis Tires, was involved in a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Ashiria Trusdale, at Center Pointe Dr. on November 1st. Trusdale spoke with officers at the Clarksville Police Department Headquarters and advised them that she was sleeping at her house when she was woken up by a loud bang, followed by footsteps approaching her room, and then suddenly he ran in holding a pair of scissors before lunging at her and strangling her, causing her to lose consciousness. She said he attempted to strangle her again, grabbed a pillow, and tried to suffocate her with it as she began to scream, “Get off me! Please don’t kill me!” Rayford replied by striking her in the face, leaving abrasions on her nose and jaw, before dragging her by the hair down the stairs into the living room as he continued to punch her. Trusdale was fearful for her life as she convinced Rayford to go to Wal-Mart to pick up an order to find help for her and her baby. She stated that as they arrived at Wal-Mart, he continued to hit her in the jaw, and when an employee came to drop the order off, she tried to ask them for help before he sped off. Officers confirmed that they received a call for service from Wal-Mart, correlating with her statements. Rayford was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault.
Marino Billios assaults roommate with baseball bat over rent
34-year-old Marino Billios was jailed on November 1st after assaulting his roommate on Palamino Drive. Toyo Sanders was bleeding from his eye and mouth as he told officers that he was drinking and got into an argument about rent with Marino and Ezra Billios. They took the altercation outside, where it became physical. Marino attacked Sanders, punching and hitting him with a baseball bat. A witness corroborated Sander’s story.
DUI: Soldier Jared Craig charged for speeding on his birthday
24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jared Craig was jailed on his birthday, November 1st, after police observed him speeding down Rossview Road. Jared was going 47 mph in a 30 mph zone. He then began swerving and was pulled over. He was visibly intoxicated and slurred his speech as he told officers that he was coming from Nashville, where he had two drinks. He performed poorly on sobriety tests and was taken into custody. Mr. Craig blew a .139% BAC on a breathalyzer. This was his first DUI.
Brianna Arnoe caught trespassing at Castle Heights dorm
19-year-old Brianna Arnoe was jailed on November 2nd when she was observed trespassing in a Castle Heights dorm at Austin Peay State University. Arnoe had been banned from the dormitory since October 13th.
Bessie Rock charged after causing multiple wrecks in the same day
59-year-old Bessie Levon Rock drove into Demeiro Wilson’s car on Little Bobcat Lane on October 31st. Wilson provided officers a description, they then had him identify Rock when they drove him to another accident she was involved in. Rock was transported to Tennova to be medically cleared before being placed in custody for leaving the scene of an accident and failing to exercise due care.
Mark Green slams wife’s head into doorframe
30-year-old Mark Green was jailed on November 1st after assaulting his wife at their home on Andersonville Drive. Deborah Ward told police that her husband grabbed her by her arms and shook her. As she walked out of the house, he slammed her head into the doorframe. Deborah told police that Mark’s actions made her fear for her safety. He was transported to Montgomery County Jail and charged with domestic assault.
Benjamin Bane resists arrest, yells profanities at officers in Wal-Mart
25-year-old Benjamin Lloyd Bane was involved in a scuffle at Wal-Mart on November 1. Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart about a man and a woman fighting in the parking lot. Officers spotted Bane, and he matched a description of the male given to officers. Bane began to walk away when officers approached him to speak about the incident, placing his hands in his pockets and refusing orders. Officers advised Bane he was being detained, and he continued to resist, so they had to take him to the ground to arrest him. Bane. After being handcuffed, he refused to walk to the patrol car. Instead, he began to scream and yell profanities at officers, causing a scene in the Wal-Mart. Bane was taken into custody for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Myah Wilson charged after leaving her 3 young children home alone for hours
24-year-old Myah Wilson was jailed on November 2nd after police responded to reports of child abuse and neglect on Peachers Mill Road. Matthew Harris, a contractor for the apartment complex, advised that as he was inside an apartment to do some work, he found three young children left inside alone. When officers arrived, they were met by the manager and the three children, ages four years old, two years old, and seven months old. Mr. Harris advised that he entered the apartment at 12:14 p.m. Around 1:35 p.m., Myah returned to the apartment and stated that she was at the laundry mat and had to leave the children at home so she could take the laundry.
DUI: Andrew Short crashes into fire hydrant and stop sign
35-year-old Andrew David Short was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Ft. Campbell Boulevard on November 2nd. Short was visibly intoxicated, holding a vodka bottle, when officers arrived and spoke with him. He admitted to drinking before driving into a fire hydrant and a stop sign. Short was taken into custody for failing to exercise due care and driving under the influence.
Joey Poindexter assaults man with wooden boat paddle because he was “up on the boat against my wife”
44-year-old Joey Poindexter was on the bank of the Cumberland River when a prolonged incident occurred. This incident consisted of arguing with intermittent physical altercations, including Joey Poindexter, Stephanie Poindexter, Mikhail Petrov, and Irina Petrova, but Mrs. Poindexter and Mrs. Petrova were the center focus during this altercation. When Mr. Petrov tried to remove his mother from the situation, Mr. Poindexter took a wooden boat paddle and attacked Mr. Petrov at least two times. One of the attacks hit him in the head, causing a large laceration. Mr. Poindexter told police officers that Mr. Petrov was “up on the boat against” his wife and that he hit him to defend his wife, which video evidence contradicts. Poindexter was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.
Haley Hall holds mother down on bed and bites her
21-year-old Haley Hall tried to get her mother’s phone from her but became very aggressive. Police responded to a domestic violence call on Andersonville Drive and spoke to the mother of Haley Hall. According to Hall’s mother, Hall pounced on her, holding her down on the bed and biting her hand during the altercation leaving red marks. Haley left the house before the police arrived. Haley Hall was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
18-year-old Shanya Harris assaults McDonalds manager
18-year-old Shanya Denay Harris was taken in custody on October 31st for an outstanding warrant regarding an assault that occurred at McDonald’s on October 26th. Harris was at work when she and two others approached her manager, Jahreise Martin, and she began pushing and hitting him. McDonald’s provided footage showing the incident. Then, when Harris was arrested on October 31st, a subsequent search yielded in officers finding a loaded Glock .40 caliber pistol in her front right pocket and a “nicotine vapor device.” Additionally, Harris was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and prohibited purchase of a tobacco product by a minor.
Logan Arkell damages ex-girlfriend’s tire, caught by doorbell camera
26-year-old Logan Jeffrey Arkell vandalized his ex-girlfriend’s, Kara Jenson’s, car at Commerce Street on the morning of October 30th. When they received a doorbell notification, Jenson was at a friend’s house and noticed Arkell going to the passenger’s side of Jenson’s vehicle, squatting near the tire, as they checked the footage. Arkell ran off toward the street when the motion light went off, and Jenson observed her tire was damaged and flat. She received a text from Arkell later saying he was sorry and that he would fix the tire. Arkel was arrested for vandalism on October 31st.
Christopher Johns harasses man over text, sends numerous messages
35-year-old Christopher Johns was reported for repeatedly messaging Timothy Huddleson. Huddleson had told Johns multiple times in advance to stop messaging him, to no avail. That only led to Johns sending Huddleson a numerous amount of messages. Johns was taken into custody and charged with harassment.
Shambria Hawk assaults husband until he “curled up into a ball”
36-year-old Shambria Hawk was jailed on October 31st after assaulting her husband on Cavalier Drive. The victim stated that he attempted to have a conversation with his wife when he noticed she was recording him with her phone. He took her phone, and she tried to get it back by force. The victim stated that as they struggled over the phone, his wife tried to grab his neck, scratching both sides in the process. The victim managed to get out of the house temporarily and take a walk around the block. He stated that he ended up curling up into a ball because she hit him multiple times all over his body until he eventually gave her phone back. Shambria corroborated the statements about her phone, and when asked about the scratches on her husband’s neck, she stated that they probably came from the struggle over the phone as she has long nails. The two have no prior domestic history.
Gabrielle Vradenburg harasses man, posts several photos of him
19-year-old Gabrielle Vradenburg was booked on October 27th after Ethan Yeiter reported that he told Gabrielle not to contact him several times. Despite Mr. Yeiter’s request, Gabrielle has posted several photos of Mr. Yeiter on social media with threatening captions for no legitimate reason.
Soldier Christopher Morris ignores police attempting to pull him over
21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Christopher Robert Morris was violating traffic laws at Fort Campbell Boulevard on October 27th. Officers observed Morris conduct an illegal U-turn, and when they activated their sirens, he failed to yield and continued to speed down Fort Campbell. Morris was taken into custody for evading arrest and disobeying traffic devices on October 30th.
