43-year-old Cody Cox was found lying in the middle of the road on Hilton Dr. in the early afternoon of November 10th. When officers arrived, EMS was already on the scene attending to Cox. The officers shortly spoke to Cox, smelt the aroma of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and observed his constant slurring of speech. Cox admitted to officers that he had drunk “a couple of 8.1s, and they fucked my ass up.” He also added that he was on his way to get more beers from the store. Cox was deemed a threat to himself and placed under arrest. Cox was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Tyemick Wallace drunkenly looks for girlfriend at Days Inn Hotel
31-year-old Tyemick Wallace was seen banging on his room door at Days Inn Hotel on November 9th. Law enforcement was contacted and arrived to see Wallace’s door open and him sitting on his bed. Officers smelt the scent of an alcoholic beverage radiating from him upon establishing contact with him. Wallace began to act belligerent and aggressive with officers during their investigation, giving officers the belief that he couldn’t be by himself. Wallace was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Robert White hides behind truck, tells officers he had “quite a bit” to drink
25-year-old Robert White was jailed on November 10th police responded to Horace Crow Drive for a welfare check on a man hiding behind a truck. When the caller approached Mr. White, he stumbled away. When police arrived, they observed White to be unsteady on his feet, smelling of alcohol, and slurring as told officers that he had “quite a bit” to drink. He explained that he had been drinking liquor that night. He was deemed a danger to himself and was placed into custody. During a pat down, officers discovered a loaded Glock 43 9mm handgun tucked in his waistband.
Tammera Lee drunkenly assaults woman, breaks into her apartment
44-year-old Tammera Megan Lee was seen on Lora Smith’s ring camera at 325 Farrow Circle taking her Halloween decorations on October 15th. The decorations are valued at $70.00, and Lee was taken into custody for theft on November 3rd.
On November 7th, in an unrelated incident, Lee called the police, alleging that child neglect was occurring at Michelle Bolding’s residence on Farrow Circle. Officers arrived and noticed Lee was visibly intoxicated with an open wine bottle nearby. They investigated the claims and were not able to find anything suggesting child neglect. After the officers left, Bolding called 911, stating that Lee just assaulted her inside of her home. When officers arrived and spoke with Bolding, Lee was not present, but she walked back to the scene, slightly out of view, before advising that she walked to the residence shortly after the authorities departed. Then, Lee stated that Bolding and her child came outside and assaulted her in the driveway. Lee was very frantic, with visible injuries, ignoring the officer’s questions, and refused to comment when they asked why she came back to the residence after being assaulted. Bolding stated that after the officers left, Lee knocked on her door and refused to leave or shut the door when she told her to. Then, Lee pounded on the door, so Bolding opened it to address her, but she threw the wreath off the front door into the apartment, forcing her way in, and began attacking her. Lee reportedly threw her phone at Bolding before she pushed her out of her apartment. Then, Lee grabbed her shirt, pulled her out of the door, and punched her in the face. Bolding said that this was when her son came out to assist her, shoving Lee out of the way before closing the door. Lee was taken into custody for aggravated burglary and public intoxication.
Travis Porter goes to job interview drunk, leaves young children home alone all day
37-year-old Travis Porter was booked on October 26th after he showed up drunk to an interview at Hankook Factory. He was taken into custody around noon and told officers that he needed to check on his two children, who were left home alone. One child was ten years old, and the other was eight months old. Officers spoke with the ten-year-old, who confirmed that she was left home alone with the infant. According to the neighbors, Porter was drunk, asking people for a ride to his interview. He left the house around 10 am.
Soldier Manasses Melo annoys patrons, kicked out of Electric Cowboy
25-year-old Soldier Manasses Melo was found by officers at the troubled Electric Cowboy, causing a disturbance. When Officers contacted security, Security stated Melo was annoying the customers and the general public. When officers encountered Melo and began speaking with him, he was heavily intoxicated. Melo was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Omar Castro kicked out of Electric Cowboy, urinates on magistrate’s office floor
29-year-old Omar Castro was disorderly at the troubled Electric Cowboy during the early hours of November 4th. Castro had been kicked out of the bar and would not leave, so the staff flagged down officers. Officers noticed Castro to be visibly intoxicated and placed him under arrest for public intoxication. Castro got to the Magistrate’s office and began to urinate all over the floor, so he was additionally charged with vandalism.
Ricky Potter found passed out after drinking liquor on city bus
41-year-old Ricky Potter was found by law enforcement after there was a report about a passenger being passed out on the city bus. The officer observed Potter, with bloodshot eyes, slumped over in a seat reeking of alcohol. When searched, officers found a half-empty liquor bottle in Potter’s backpack. This would be Ricky Potter’s second time being arrested this year. Potter was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Griffin Evans drunk and shirtless outside troubled Electric Cowboy Bar
30-year-old Griffin Evans was shirtless while confronting people outside of the troubled Electric Cowboy club on the night of October 13th. Officers responded to a call for service regarding an intoxicated individual at N. Riverside Dr. and observed Evans walking around the parking lot without a shirt on. Evans was visibly intoxicated as officers spoke with him and could not find a ride home, so was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Thomas Steele “just take me to jail” after leaving troubled Electric Cowboy
21-year-old Thomas Steele was taken into custody on October 1st for public intoxication. Officer Stoesser was dispatched to N 2nd St. regarding a call for service. Steele was sitting on the ground as officers arrived and told them he had been drinking at the troubled Electric Cowboy nightclub and was walking home. Officers observed Steele to be visibly intoxicated and advised him to either get a ride home, or he would be arrested. Steele stated, “Just take me to jail.”
Clarksville Firefighter Garrett Skeens jailed after drunken fight in Nashville
30-year-old Clarksville Fire Department Engineer Garrett Skeens was fighting another person outside Honky Tonk Central Sunday night in downtown Nashville, according to police. The two told police that they did not wish to prosecute each other. However, police saw Garrett fighting again outside Jason Aldean’s bar a short time later. When police spoke to Garrett, they described him as visibly intoxicated. Officers then placed him into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. According to Clarksville Fire Rescue, he is an engineer four with years of service.
Luis Delvalle assaults officer after drinking at Revel House in Clarksville
In the early morning hours of September 21st, 23-year-old Luis Delvalle was found at a Mapco on top of his friend after his car, parked at the Revel House, would not start, and he rode there with them. Clarksville Police Department Officer Binkley pulled the two apart and told Luis to sit in the back of the car. Luis could not stand alone and had slurred speech before Officer Binkley asked him questions he could not answer. While the officers spoke to Luis, he became aggressive, so they attempted to handcuff him, but he resisted. After he was handcuffed, Officer David searched him, and Luis kicked him in the leg.
Breanne Nixon jailed for public intoxication in downtown Clarksville
36-year-old Breanne Sky Nixon was jailed on September 9th for attacking people randomly in a parking lot at Public Square in downtown Clarksville. Two male victims stated that she walked up to them and began pushing them for no apparent reason. Two additional witnesses on the scene said they saw Nixon run up to the two men and push them. When police spoke with Nixon, they noticed visible signs of intoxication, and she admitted to having a couple of drinks. They deemed her to be a danger to herself and others, and she was taken into custody.
Parent Ashley Douthat — too drunk at High School Football Game
34-year-old Ashley Douthat was jailed on August 29th when police responded to reports of a noticeably drunk woman at the Clarksville High football game. When they arrived, they observed her yelling and arguing with her son about him not wanting to drive home with her while she was drunk. The parents of other students complained about Ms. Douthat causing a scene with her son and stated that she told them she had been drinking. When police made contact with Ms. Douthat, she started yelling and arguing with them and was taken into custody.
Nalayah Barker jail on $3K bond after found high on marijuana in public
20-year-old Nalayah Barker was jailed on August 11th after police responded to the Red Roof Inn for a report of a woman trying to get into someone’s car. When police arrived, they observed Barker trying to open a car door and a man trying to stop her. They asked her what was going on as she swayed back and forth, mumbling. They noticed her pupils were dilated and asked if there was anyone they could call to pick her up, to which she replied, “It’s hot.” Police also noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from her and determined she was a danger to herself and the public. Ms. Barker was taken into custody and searched. Marijuana was found on her person.
Jeremiah Carter drunk and disorderly at the Days Inn
26-year-old Jeremiah Carter was booked on August 9th after police found him outside the Days Inn in North Clarksville drunk and possibly high on narcotics. He was unsteady on his feet, had bloodshot eyes, and slurred when he spoke. Carter was a public nuisance and a danger to others by threatening a woman who was sitting in her vehicle. He admitted to drinking alcohol, and officers located 3.3 grams of marijuana in his pocket.
Mark Sandfer passes out in parking lot of Electric Cowboy nightclub
31-year-old Mark Sandfer was jailed on August 5th after a passerby found him passed out in the parking lot of the troubled Electric Cowboy nightclub. The woman reported that she woke him up so he wouldn’t get hit by a car. When police arrived, Sandfer was sitting on the ground leaning up against a car, appearing to be extremely intoxicated. After the officers spoke with him, they allowed him to go back inside Electric Cowboy to find his cousin so he could get a ride home. Shortly after, Sandfer was found walking behind City Trends and was taken into custody as he was deemed a danger to himself.
Anthony Nix: Naked and drunk at the Courtyard by Mariott
54-year-old Anthony was jailed on August 1st after police responded to a report of an unwanted guest at the Courtyard by Mariott. When police arrived, Nix was sitting on the floor naked with the odor of alcohol emitting from his body. He had bloodshot eyes and slurred nonsense. Police had to help Nix stand and leave the hotel. He was trespassed from the Courtyard meaning he will no longer be allowed on the premises.
Terrell Sibley to police: “I’m just high!”
32-year-old Terrell Sibley was jailed on August 6th after multiple reports of a man acting erratically at both the post office and Burger King on Fort Campbell Boulevard. When the officer approached Mr. Sibley, he was shirtless and sweating profusely. At one point, he was just yelling, not making any sense, and stated, “I’m just high.” He was told to leave several times but instead ran to the counter to get something to stop the officers from taking him outside. He was unsuccessful in his attempts and was brought outside and placed into custody.
Shatquantell Steffin jailed after childish episode at Vacation Motel
36-year-old Shatquantell Steffin was jailed on July 29th when police were called by Judy Parker, an employee at Vacation Motel, who wanted officers present while she allowed Steffin, a previous tenant, to retrieve her belongings from the motel room. After Steffin got her things, she was asked to leave and not return to the property, but she refused to leave and laid down in the middle of the street. Officers could smell alcohol on her, and she admitted to having drinks in her room, which was why she was being kicked out. Due to her level of intoxication and refusal to leave the motel premises, Steffin was placed into custody. During the search of her person, officers located a small bag of marijuana and cigarillos in her pocket.
