43-year-old Cody Cox was found lying in the middle of the road on Hilton Dr. in the early afternoon of November 10th. When officers arrived, EMS was already on the scene attending to Cox. The officers shortly spoke to Cox, smelt the aroma of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and observed his constant slurring of speech. Cox admitted to officers that he had drunk “a couple of 8.1s, and they fucked my ass up.” He also added that he was on his way to get more beers from the store. Cox was deemed a threat to himself and placed under arrest. Cox was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

31-year-old Tyemick Wallace was seen banging on his room door at Days Inn Hotel on November 9th. Law enforcement was contacted and arrived to see Wallace’s door open and him sitting on his bed. Officers smelt the scent of an alcoholic beverage radiating from him upon establishing contact with him. Wallace began to act belligerent and aggressive with officers during their investigation, giving officers the belief that he couldn’t be by himself. 25-year-old Robert White was jailed on November 10th police responded to Horace Crow Drive for a welfare check on a man hiding behind a truck. When the caller approached Mr. White, he stumbled away. When police arrived, they observed White to be unsteady on his feet, smelling of alcohol, and slurring as told officers that he had “quite a bit” to drink. He explained that he had been drinking liquor that night. He was deemed a danger to himself and was placed into custody. During a pat down, officers discovered a loaded Glock 43 9mm handgun tucked in his waistband.

Tammera Lee drunkenly assaults woman, breaks into her apartment

44-year-old Tammera Megan Lee was seen on Lora Smith’s ring camera at 325 Farrow Circle taking her Halloween decorations on October 15th. The decorations are valued at $70.00, and Lee was taken into custody for theft on November 3rd.
On November 7th, in an unrelated incident, Lee called the police, alleging that child neglect was occurring at Michelle Bolding’s residence on Farrow Circle. Officers arrived and noticed Lee was visibly intoxicated with an open wine bottle nearby. They investigated the claims and were not able to find anything suggesting child neglect. After the officers left, Bolding called 911, stating that Lee just assaulted her inside of her home. When officers arrived and spoke with Bolding, Lee was not present, but she walked back to the scene, slightly out of view, before advising that she walked to the residence shortly after the authorities departed. Then, Lee stated that Bolding and her child came outside and assaulted her in the driveway. Lee was very frantic, with visible injuries, ignoring the officer’s questions, and refused to comment when they asked why she came back to the residence after being assaulted. Bolding stated that after the officers left, Lee knocked on her door and refused to leave or shut the door when she told her to. Then, Lee pounded on the door, so Bolding opened it to address her, but she threw the wreath off the front door into the apartment, forcing her way in, and began attacking her. Lee reportedly threw her phone at Bolding before she pushed her out of her apartment. Then, Lee grabbed her shirt, pulled her out of the door, and punched her in the face. Bolding said that this was when her son came out to assist her, shoving Lee out of the way before closing the door. Lee was taken into custody for aggravated burglary and public intoxication.

37-year-old Travis Porter was booked on October 26th after he showed up drunk to an interview at Hankook Factory. He was taken into custody around noon and told officers that he needed to check on his two children, who were left home alone. One child was ten years old, and the other was eight months old. Officers spoke with the ten-year-old, who confirmed that she was left home alone with the infant. According to the neighbors, Porter was drunk, asking people for a ride to his interview. He left the house around 10 am.

30-year-old Clarksville Fire Department Engineer Garrett Skeens was fighting another person outside Honky Tonk Central Sunday night in downtown Nashville, according to police. Clarksville Police Department Officer Binkley pulled the two apart and told Luis to sit in the back of the car. 36-year-old Shatquantell Steffin was jailed on July 29th when police were called by Judy Parker, an employee at Vacation Motel, who wanted officers present while she allowed Steffin, a previous tenant, to retrieve her belongings from the motel room. After Steffin got her things, she was asked to leave and not return to the property, but she refused to leave and laid down in the middle of the street. Officers could smell alcohol on her, and she admitted to having drinks in her room, which was why she was being kicked out. Due to her level of intoxication and refusal to leave the motel premises, Steffin was placed into custody. During the search of her person, officers located a small bag of marijuana and cigarillos in her pocket.
