Officers responded to a call from hotel staff and awakened Conrad, who stated an Uber had dropped him off at the wrong hotel. He was extremely intoxicated and refused multiple officers to arrange a ride back to his correct hotel. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

42-year-old Ronald Kevin Cardwell was jailed after police responded to Palmyra Market for an individual harassing the employees. Cardwell appeared extremely intoxicated. Ryan Rushton charged with drug possession in Walmart parking lot

25-year-old Ryan Rushton was jailed last week after police responded to a welfare check in the parking lot of Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard. An Anonymous caller stated that there was a man falling over and appeared to be on drugs. When police arrived, Rushton was on his hands and knees, pulling grass out of the ground. The officer stood in front of him, but he didn’t notice and appeared to be falling asleep on his hands and knees. He woke up distraught and consented to a search. The officer discovered a clear plastic case that contained a very distinct “corner baggie” The officer explained “corner baggies” are often used to store small amounts of illicit substances. Right next to Rushton, in a shopping cart, was a headphone case; inside the headphone case was a cut straw and a “corner baggie” of fentanyl weighing less than 0.5 grams.

Trent Montgomery drops pants & urinates toward woman at dog park in Clarksville

57-year-old Trent Montgomery was jailed on June 29th after walking up to a woman at a dog park and urinating in her direction. The woman told police that she was playing with her dog at the Autumn Winds Apartment’s community dog park when she saw a man wearing a dark-colored hat, black shirt, gray shorts, and a goatee. He came to the area she was at and urinated while facing her, exposing his genitals to her. She yelled at him to stop, and when he didn’t, she took pictures and videos of the incident.

She believed that the man intentionally pointed his penis in her direction while urinating, and she was extremely offended by his actions. When police arrived at the dog park, they saw a man that matched the description sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with a beer in his lap. There were multiple empty cans inside the vehicle, and he slurred as he told police that he had been there drinking for a while that day.

23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Trevor Calhoun was involved in a fight with fellow soldiers just after 10 p.m. on June 15 on Robb Avenue. Officers arrived to find him with bloody clothing and injuries to his face. He would not provide the names of the multiple people who assaulted him, only confirming they were fellow soldiers. He was visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol. He admitted to having “two drinks” earlier in the night. Due to the multiple calls about the fight and his condition, Calhoun was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

While in a holding cell at booking, Hanson destroyed the sprinkler in his cell, causing water to rush throughout the facility. 44-year-old Tara Close was jailed on April 30th after trying to get out of a moving vehicle on I-24. Police spoke with Close, who said she was returning from Nashville with her sister and her sister’s friends. She was slurring her speech and unsteady on her feet. Officers could smell alcohol coming from her as she explained that she was arguing with the other women in the car and wanted to get out. She said they dropped off one of the women on Peachers Mill, and she finally jumped out. The driver told police that close tried to open the door multiple times while driving on I-24. The store manager called 911 after the soldier, who reeked of alcohol, was disturbing other customers and store employees. Officers arrived and observed Stephen making statements that were incoherent and not relevant to the context of the situation. 33-year-old Dustin Carter was Jailed on April 2nd after falling asleep while sitting at the bar at Scooters Pub and being aggressive with staff. Police responded to the pub and spoke with Jason Meadows, a customer who told police Carter fell asleep at the bar, threw up in the bathroom, and then tried to get in his car and leave. The other customers tried to get Carter an Uber ride so he could get home safely, and he became irate when they took his car keys so that he couldn’t drive himself home. Jason noticed that Carter had a Glock 19 on his hip, so he took it, emptied the chamber, and placed it in the back office. When police saw Carter, he was clearly intoxicated, with bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.

Police say 26-year-old Cooper Chessman wandered into the Minit Mart on Peachers Mill Road just after 6 a.m. on March 28 and appeared dazed and confused. Store employees were afraid he was going to pass out and called 911. Chessman was unable to tell responding officers where he was, how he arrived at the store, or how to get home. He initially denied using any drugs but later stated he didn’t know what he had used. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
