A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 40-year-old Rolando Cobb for theft on November 6th, 2022. The indictment alleges that Cobb stole a Ford Explorer. Cobb was taken into custody on April 24, 2024, and charged with Theft. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $20,000.
