19-year-old Cheyenne Seefeldt was a passenger in a car with three others on March 19 when an officer made a traffic stop after observing the car traveling at 43 mph in a 20 mph zone on Donna Drie. During the traffic stop that followed, officers said they could smell marijuana, and a search of the vehicle was conducted. A felony amount of marijuana was discovered, along with digital scales and sandwich bags. No one in the car claimed the drugs, so all four were charged using constructive possession.
