29-year-old Rafael Butler was involved in vandalism on Madison Street on December 22nd. When law enforcement arrived, they observed Butler standing by his girlfriend’s vehicle. The vehicle’s passenger window was destroyed, and Butler was bleeding from both of his hands. Upon contact with the officers, Butler stated that he was arguing with his girlfriend and became upset. So when she threatened to leave him in the parking lot, he retaliated by breaking the window. His girlfriend told law enforcement that Butler threatened to assault her shortly after. Butler was taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

Princess Raine hits boyfriend’s vehicle with baseball bat during altercation

30-year-old Princess Raine was jailed on December 24th after assaulting her boyfriend of two years. Princess told police that she and Tawon Shaw argued outside her home on Eagles Nest Lane. Tawon was sitting in his car when Princess confronted him with a metal baseball bat and told him to leave. She admitted to striking Tawon’s vehicle once before he backed up to leave, but he stayed on her property. According to Princess, Tawon ran her over with his car, causing her to fall onto the hood before he reversed and left the property. When police contacted Tawon by phone, he stated that Princess hit his vehicle with a bat multiple times and cracked a light. The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be around $1,000.

Lisa Fox throws boyfriend’s phone on ground during argument over relationship issues

37-year-old Lisa Marie Fox had a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Stewart Atkins, at Alfred Drive on December 11th. Mr. Atkins stated that Mrs. Fox broke his phone during an argument over relationship issues and advised that they took each other’s phones, and when he returned hers, she left Mr. Atkins’ residence with his phone. On December 12th, Mr. Atkins drove to Mrs. Fox’s parents’ residence on Georgetown Road to retrieve his phone. Mrs. Fox then told him to check his driveway. When Mr. Atkins returned home, he saw Mrs. Fox pull into his driveway and open her door, at which time he believes she threw his phone on the ground before leaving his residence. Mr. Atkins then found his phone destroyed in the yard. Lisa Fox was taken into custody for vandalism.

Aevorie Moss punches ex-girlfriend’s TV after being broken up with

32-year-old Aevorie J’Mar Moss had a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Kalynn Ellis, at the Ballygar Apartments on October 20th. Ellis stated they argued, and the argument ended with Moss leaving the apartment. Before Moss left, he grabbed the door, turned around, and asked her again if it was over. She replied yes. Moss then cocked back and punched the television in the living room. She stated his unusual behavior put her in fear of the altercation escalating. Officers observed the damaged Roku TV, and Moss was taken into custody on December 9th for vandalism.

Samaria Baker assaults woman with wooden stick during altercation involving ex-boyfriend

30-year-old Samaria Baker was involved in an altercation with Kenyatta Brown and Harold Mitchell at Keesee Road on December 9th. The conflict began when Brown and Mitchell, who was in a relationship with Baker but living separately, came to pick up some of his clothes at the residence. Once they entered the home, Baker became irate and began fighting Brown by hitting her in the face with a wooden stick, causing visible marks on her face around her eyes and the temple area of her skull. Brown was able to disarm Baker and protect herself while Mitchell called 911. When law enforcement arrived, they questioned Mitchell, and he advised that he and Baker were going through a breakup; when he talked about the issue with her, he stated that she destroyed his shoes and sports jerseys, which are estimated to cost about $1300 in total. Baker was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

30-year-old Tambria Currie was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Brian Pringle, at Amberjack Court on December 5th. Pringle was at Currie’s apartment trying to get the items he left. While fetching his belongings, Currie became agitated and told him to hurry up and pack his stuff. She then began to throw his things at him and continued to tell him to hurry up. While Pringle was still packing, Currie began to punch him. He then attempted to restrain her to prevent her from punching him, so she bit his arm through his sweatshirt. When Pringle finished gathering his belongings, he left for his home but stopped at the gas station for water. Pringle states he then received a text from Currie that said, “I just broke your window bitch” The window of his home was valued at $500. Currie was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.

21-year-old Desiree Youngblood went to the house of her ex-girlfriend, Jodie Thomas, looking to cause problems. Youngblood waited for Thomas to get home from work, and when she pulled into her driveway, Youngblood approached the vehicle and started to peel the window tint off until Thomas got out. When Thomas exited the vehicle, Youngblood proceeded to punch Thomas in the face but left shortly before officers arrived. Youngblood was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.

Jaleel Fletcher breaks into woman’s car, flees from police

23-year-old Jaleel Fletcher was seen committing suspicious activity at Needmore Road on November 27th. The Montgomery County E911 Center received a call from one of the residents of the Needmore Apartment building stating that her neighbor, who lived a floor above her apartment, banged on her front door, went to the parking lot, and broke into her black Hyundai EGM. The caller described the individual as a black male wearing a black hoodie with red sweatpants, and another caller stated that there was a black male outside with the same description but was holding a “crowbar or a hammer.” When law enforcement arrived, they found a tall, black, skinny male matching the descriptions given over the phone standing next to the Hyundai EGM while the car alarm was going off. The male was later identified as Fletcher. When he saw officers arrive, Fletcher attempted to walk off but stopped shortly after being given orders to return. Fletcher suddenly began to sprint away from the officers, but after a short pursuit, he was tackled to the ground, where he continued to disobey orders given by officers.

The black Hyundai EGM was observed to have the driver’s side window smashed out. Officers, after searching the immediate area, found a hatchet that fell out of Fletcher’s pocket during the struggle. The victim also added that Fletcher caused damage to her front door in addition to her car’s window, both of which are estimated to cost between $500 and $600 in damage. Fletcher was taken into custody and charged with vandalism, resisting arrest, and evading arrest.

Stephanie Freeman slashes husband’s tires during dispute

32-year-old Stephanie Freeman was jailed on November 19th for slashing her husband’s tires after an argument on Orman Drive. When police arrived, Stephanie told them that she and her husband had been arguing all day about her returning home. When she finally got home, she and her husband, Daniel Freeman, started yelling at each other, and he went outside to slash her tires. Stephanie retaliated by slashing his tires, and they both went back inside. Once inside, Daniel tried showing Stephanie something on his phone, and she took the phone from him. Daniel then grabbed Stephanie by her hair, pulled her onto the couch, and mounted her so she couldn’t escape. Police observed a cut on the inside of Stephanie’s bottom lip. Daniel advised that the two had been arguing and slashed each other’s tires but denied an assault taking place. The total amount of damages to both vehicles was less than $1,000. Mr. and Mrs. Freeman were both taken into custody.

Sebastian Shaw indicted after destroying computer files of former employer

30-year-old Sebastian Shaw, a former employee of Appleton Harley Davidson, has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury after reportedly deleting company files and withholding social media logins after he was terminated in July. Shaw was hired to do marketing for the business and was terminated in late July. Court records allege that in apparent retaliation, he destroyed and damaged their internal computer system, customer files, and company emails, causing over $10,000 in losses to the company. The Grand Jury met on November 7, and Shaw was taken into custody on two felony counts of computer fraud and vandalism the following week.

26-year-old Logan Jeffrey Arkell vandalized his ex-girlfriend’s, Kara Jenson’s, car at Commerce Street on the morning of October 30th. When they received a doorbell notification, Jenson was at a friend’s house and noticed Arkell going to the passenger’s side of Jenson’s vehicle, squatting near the tire, as they checked the footage. Arkell ran off toward the street when the motion light went off, and Jenson observed her tire was damaged and flat. She received a text from Arkell later saying he was sorry and that he would fix the tire. Arkel was arrested for vandalism on October 31st.

23-year-old Nicolas Deondre Hunter was involved in a domestic disturbance with his mother, Nicole Hunter-Barnett, at Cedar Springs Ct. on October 29th. Nicole advised officers that her son came home intoxicated, came into her room, woke her up, and started an argument before lunging at her. His girlfriend held him back before he punched his mother’s television, breaking it, then left the room. Hunter said he entered his mom’s room to speak with her, and an argument ensued. He stated that his girlfriend attempted to pull him out of the room. While being pulled, his elbow hit the TV and unintentionally damaged it. Hunter also denied lunging at his mother. His girlfriend corroborated his statements, and he was deemed as the primary aggressor. Hunter was taken into custody for domestic assault and vandalism.

42-year-old Beverly Blanton was involved in a domestic disagreement with her boyfriend, Adam Dalton, at their house on Memorial Drive on October 25. Dalton advised deputies that while sitting on the couch in the living room, Blanton began yelling at him and became upset because he was ignoring her. Then he stated that Blanton snatched his iPhone out of his hand and walked outside before making an “angry face” and throwing it onto the pavement. 33-year-old Andrea Parker was jailed on October 9th after her ex-boyfriend reported that she smashed his truck windows with a metal club. Police responded to Kraft Street and spoke with Robert Smith, who added that Ms. Parker also ripped off controls inside his truck. The estimated value of the damage was around $500. The metal club was found inside Ms. Parker’s purse, and she was taken into custody.

Police were called to an incident on September 25th where 25-year-old Tyler Walters and his sister Nichole Walters were in a verbal argument. After it began escalating, Tyler Walters reportedly slammed his car door repeatedly into his sister’s vehicle, striking her fender and causing less than $1,000 in damages. A warrant was issued, and Tyler Walters was taken into custody on Sep. 28.

Soldier Dakota Cox plows through gate after police lock him inside park after-hours

19-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Cox was arrested on September 11th after reportedly backing into the security gate at Billy Dunlop Park once his truck was locked in. On August 25th, a Clarksville Police Department officer drove through the park and locked the three vehicles at closing time, marking their license plate numbers on a call to dispatch. Roughly 30 minutes later, someone made a call to CPD about their car being locked in the park, and they were advised to come back in the morning due to no officers being available. This witness told CPD that the gate had been backed into with a truck by a young male, resulting in damages nearing $3,000.

After reviewing the license plates marked by the officer before closing the gate, it was determined that the only truck located at the park at the time was registered to a Kentucky address. On August 29th, a detective was able to interview the defendant, who stated that the vehicle was solely his, and he backed into the gate to get it open. Damages to the back of the truck were consistent with the marks on the gate. Due to this, a warrant was issued on Sep. 11th, and Cox was taken into custody.
