A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 36-year-old Octavius Lewis for theft of property and fraud on or about February 17th, 2024. The indictment alleges that Lewis scammed Alice Sullivan for ownership of her vehicle. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $15,000.
