19-year-old Dashawn James aka local rapper “ApefrmOTG” was booked on November 30th for animal cruelty. Police contacted Animal Control for assistance regarding a malnourished stray dog on Victory Road in front of James’ residence. It had a wound on its head and bony protrusions. The dog was ranked as one on the Purina Body Condition system, categorized as “too thin.” James was confirmed as the dog’s owner and has a history of neglect.

Fort Campbell soldier Christian Davis charged with felony aggravated assault of his wife
19-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Christian Davis is now charged with felony aggravated domestic assault after his wife, Nisha Davis, advised he slapped her in the face and then strangled her on July 11th during an argument. She states she began to black out as he continued to strangle her, and officers documented visible injuries on her neck consistent with strangulation.
Danique Wash charged with assaulting her army spouse with a clothes hanger
29-year-old Danique Wash is charged with the domestic assault of her spouse, Ashley Nicole Wash, after police say the couple was having an argument in the bedroom when Danique grabbed a clothes hanger and hit Ashley in the face with it. She then reportedly broke a television as the exited the room. The pair fought over a television remote and a necklace the victim was wearing, leaving visible injuries on the victim. The two self-separated and waited for the police to arrive.
Woman charged with knocking on door and punching woman who answered — Dimeneshia Carter
In January, Clarksville Police responded to an assault in progress on Victory Road. A woman told police that 22-year-old Dimeneshia Carter and Eirneschia Carter appears at her door knocking and demanding to be let in. As she opened the door to tell them to leave, Dimeneshia reportedly reached in and punched the victim in the face. The resident was able to shut the door before the assault continued further, and the two fled. Dimeneshia was booked into jail on the open warrant on Monday, charged with felony aggravated burglary. The argument was reportedly over clothing.
