Deborah Neely assaults multiple officers at CTS Bus Stop on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

30-year-old Deborah Neely was involved in an assault on the city bus at Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 22nd. Officers Darrius Robinson and Brent Read made contact with Neely. As both officers spoke to Neely, she made a comment to Read, telling him that she was going to slit his throat as she put a sharp object in a nearby bag. While Officer Read was searching Neely, she headbutted him in the face. Officers attempted to place Neely inside a patrol car, but while doing so, she spit on Sgt Hurt. Deborah Neely was transported to booking, where she was charged with two counts of assault against 1st responder.

Deborah Neely burglarizes storage unit

30-year-old Deborah Lakiesha Neely and Sharoniece Hunter stole $4,250 worth of items from a Red Dot storage unit on Huntco Drive early on January 8th. Ms. Harrison, the owner of the burglarized unit, alerted the authorities on February 4th, advising that she had not been to her unit since January 1st. Harrison further explained that her lock had been cut and that she was missing clothes, three televisions, her birth certificate, her social security card, a king-size mattress, and various furniture items. Officers obtained footage from the Red Dot, which showed Neely, in a brown puffer jacket and a pink beanie cap, meeting with Hunter before walking to her unit. Then, they walked down the aisle near Harrison’s storage and returned carrying multiple items. Officers were notified that on January 11th, Hunter pawned one of the items taken during a different unit burglary at Easy Pawn on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Then, on February 11th, officers arrived at Red Dot for an unrelated call and met with Neely at her unit, which had the clothes she was seen wearing during the theft. Neely was taken into custody for burglary.

Hannah Leos booked after drunkenly yelling at police officers

29-year-old Hannah Leos was found at the scene of a crash at Westfield Court on February 10th. Contact was made with Leos, who was outside the nearby apartment complex. Leos began yelling at police in the middle of the road. Leos was visibly intoxicated and continued to yell loudly during regular sleeping hours. Leos also started to approach officers in a threatening manner and did not stop when told to. Hannah Leos was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication on February 10th.

Devin Eyler charged in assault of girlfriend, who asked him to move out

20-year-old Devin Eyler was Jailed on June 7th after assaulting his girlfriend at their home on Westfield Court. Police spoke with Alexis Wilson, who said she asked Eyler to move out. As she put her hand out to ask for the key, he grabbed her hand tightly, leaving scratches and marks on her knuckles, and pushed her into the cabinet. Eyler fled the scene before the police arrived.

Soldier Marquez Williams strangles another soldier, threatens to shoot 16 party-goers

Multiple witnesses confirm that 32-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Marquez Williams showed up at a going away party for another soldier who was transferring to another base. He arrived at the party with a firearm tucked into his waistband while inebriated and was showing it off to people throughout the evening. He approached one man, Timothy Sutton, asking why he wasn’t drinking. Sutton explained his reasons were personal, at which point Williams grabbed him by the throat until he could not breathe and demanded he explain the reason or be shot in the face. Williams told him he had 17 bullets and there were only 16 people at the party. A witness, Tyree Shaw, confirmed the events to officers.
