Shelby Lane chases recovery house roommate with knife

24-year-old Shelby Layne was involved in an altercation with her roommate, Susanna Martinez, at the Life Center Foundation Incorporation, a recovery program on Richardson Street on March 26th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Martinez, who stated that earlier in the morning, she and Layne had been having an argument about cleaning.

According to Martinez, Ms. Layne picked up a bar stool and acted like she was going to hit her with it before grabbing two knives from the bar and swinging them around as she chased Martinez. Officers received footage of Layne picking up the two kitchen knives and chasing Martinez out of the residence. Shelby Layne was then taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Tarleasea Monday backhands ex-boyfriend during argument

35-year-old Tarleasea Laquay Monday was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Gregory Bell, at the Clarksville Montgomery County Community Action Agency on March 26th. When officers came into contact with Bell, he stated that when he got into an argument with Monday, that became physical. Bell informed officers that the argument started in the daycare but became physical when he returned to his car. Once inside his vehicle, Monday stood in the doorway and hit him in the face with the back of her hand. Tarleasea Monday was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Tiara Bradley caught abusing 13-year-old daughter at Grand View Apartments

37-year-old Tiara Rochelle Bradley was caught abusing her 13-year-old daughter at her Grand View apartment on March 26th. When officers came into contact with Bradley’s daughter, she told them that Bradley slapped her in the face. Officers observed the victim with what appeared to be slight swelling on her face. A witness to the incident provided officers with a video of the altercation. Tiara Bradley admitted that she struck her daughter during the incident. Bradley was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Jessica Wilson performs fraudulent refund on dog food for $18.59 at Walmart

35-year-old Jessica Wilson was caught performing a fraudulent refund at the Walmart on Madison Street on March 22nd. When Wilson entered the store, she was observed grabbing dog food off the shelf and bringing it to the customer service shelf. Once at the customer service desk, she refunded the merchandise she grabbed, amounting to $18.59. Jessica Wilson was taken into custody and charged with shoplifting on March 25th.

Ethan Griffin spits on police officer after pretending to shoot at random cars

22-year-old Ethan Griffin was seen at the Outlaw Field Road and Airport Road intersection on March 25th, pretending to shoot cars as they passed. When officers made contact with Griffin, he informed them that he had one beer to drink and that he was drunk. Griffin displayed multiple signs of intoxication, so he was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. While at Montgomery County Jail, Griffin turned his head around and spit on his arresting officer. Ethan Griffin was then transported to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication and assault against a 1st responder.

18-year-old Zachary Standford steals $294 worth of merchandise from Dillard’s

18-year-old Zachary Standford was caught stealing at Dillard’s in Governor’s Square Mall on March 25th. Standford had concealed merchandise on his person and passed all points of sale. Officers were called and came into contact with Standford. Standford stated that his name was James Smith and provided his birthday. Standford informed officers that he had no form of ID to prove his identity. When officers searched Standford, they found a debit card and a Tennessee ID with his actual name. Standford was also found with a tobacco vape on his person. The merchandise was valued at $294. Zachary Standford was taken into custody and charged with criminal impersonation, theft, and possession of tobacco as a minor.

Lamont Lockhart strangles girlfriend during altercation, violates conditions of release

29-year-old Lamont Doshay Lockhart had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Tyeisha Pace, at her Baltimore Drive apartment in the early hours of March 13th. Around 6:23 a.m., Pace alerted the authorities, advising them that she had received a call from Laverne Johnson at 5:10 a.m. Pace stated Johnson asked if her vehicle was outside because she believed Lockhart was using it. When Pace went outside to check, it was not there, but later, when she looked again, she noticed he was outside her residence. Pace stated when she was on the front porch, Lockhart approached her and put his hands around her neck. Lockhart pushed Pace down to the couch in the living room. Pace added that she had difficulty breathing during the incident. Lockhart then went upstairs and rummaged through Pace’s purse before leaving. Officers discovered he had an active COR with Pace as the protected party. The couple has a previous history of domestic assault, including an incident in February 2024. Lockhart was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault and contempt on March 25th.

DUI: Soldier Randy Barahona blows .338% BAC after drinking two beers at Tippers Neighborhood Pub

28-year-old Randy Arnulfo Barahona of the US Army pulled his white Lexus over to the shoulder lane behind a patrol car attending to an unrelated traffic stop near Needmore Road and Tiny Town Road in the early hours of March 25th. Officers approached the Lexus and noticed he was visibly intoxicated, reeking of alcohol. Barahona admitted to having “two beers” at Tippers Neighborhood Pub. Barahona then consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Barahona agreed to provide a breath sample, which resulted in a .338% BAC. Since he blew over .250% BAC, they transported him to Tennova for medical clearance. Then, Barahona was taken into custody for driving under the influence on March 25th.

DUI: Soldier Xavier Mitchell rams into front gate of Renaissance apartment complex

34-year-old Soldier Xavier Mitchell was seen in a white Kia ramming into the front gate at the Renaissance at Peachers Mill on March 22nd. Officers responded to a caller who reported that the driver of the white Kia looked “drunk out of his mind.” When officers came into contact with Mitchell, he was asleep at the front gate of the apartment complex with his car still running. Once waken up, Mitchell displayed difficulty answering simple questions and slurred his words. Mitchell consented to execute field sobriety tests but performed poorly. After searching Mitchell’s car, officers found an El Bracero receipt dating from March 22nd, 2024, which included five tequila drinks. When officers informed Mitchell of implied consent, he refused to provide a breath sample. Xavier Mitchell was then transported to booking, where he was charged with driving under the influence and implied consent on March 23rd.

Jarone Thomas spits on wife during altercation, violates conditions of release

37-year-old Jarone Ramone Thomas, an employee of Hankook Tires, had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Tatyana Redeemer, at their Denver Court residence on March 23rd. When the officers arrived, they spoke with Thomas, who admitted to spitting on Redeemer during an argument. Redeemer then corroborated Thomas’ statement, adding she pulled his hair in self-defense and called 911, fearful for her safety. Thomas was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

After Thomas posted his bond, he was given conditions for his release, which he violated on March 31st. Officers observed him driving a black Chevy Cruz with a broken passenger taillight and a white light facing the rear. This prompted officers to conduct a traffic stop near Riverwalk 803 on North 2nd Street. Officers approached the Chevy and discovered Thomas was driving. Then, officers discovered Redeemer, the vehicle owner, sitting in the passenger seat, who was the protected party of Thomas’ active C.O.R. Thomas was then taken into custody for contempt.

Liandra Reeves performs fraudulent refund on Shark Mop for $54.82 at Walmart

55-year-old Liandra Monique Reeves stole from the Walmart on Madison Street on March 10th. Reeves entered the store, grabbed a Shark Mop, brought it to the customer service desk, and performed a fraudulent refund. Reeves was given a gift card worth $54.82 and left the location without rendering payment for merchandise. A warrant was issued for her arrest on March 18th. On March 24th, Reeves was taken into custody for theft.

Jaclyn Wolski hits child repeatedly, leaves him on street after altercation

36-year-old Jaclyn Amber Wolski, an employee at Freedom Plasma, had a domestic incident with her 15-year-old son, D.W., near the intersection of Melbourne Drive and Larkspur Drive around 4:01 a.m. on March 24th. Upon arrival, detectives spoke with DW, who stated his mother was driving when she woke him up, demanding directions on the GPS from his phone. He added that Wolski was very intoxicated. When DW asked her why she needed directions, she became irate. Wolski then parked on the sidewalk, exited the car, and opened the passenger’s side door. Wolski proceeded to slap DW, knocking off his glasses and headphones. After this, he said she poured a bottle of water on him, jumped on him, and started striking him repeatedly. DW told officers he tried to shove Wolski off but was unsuccessful. DW stated after he hit her once in self-defense, she got in the car and drove away, leaving him on the scene. Other units tried to reach Wolski at her Donna Drive residence, but she refused to speak with them. Wolski told officers, “Nothing happened tonight,” and that she had been home all night. DW pointed out the bottle she poured on him and an earring she lost during the incident to officers. Wolski was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Laura Bruyneel assaults boyfriend after finding out he had been talking to another woman

23-year-old Laura Eve Bruyneel had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Blake Rogers, at their Smithson Lane apartment on the morning of March 24th. When officers arrived, they spoke with the complainant, who told them that the couple had left with their child in a gray Chevy Silverado.

Officers located them and conducted a traffic stop near Pea Ridge Road and 101st. Bruyneel told the officers that she kept Rogers’s phone away from him after she found him messaging another female and pushed him to the ground when he tried to get his phone back. When Rogers spoke to the officers, he stated that Bruyneel grabbed him by the neck and scratched him when he tried to walk away, leaving scratch marks on the back of his neck. Bruyneel corroborated his statements and then was taken into custody for domestic assault.

DUI: Gregory Gafney crashes Jeep on Fort Campbell Boulevard after running red light

34-year-old Gregory Monkale Gafney failed to brake and caused a collision at the stoplight near Fort Campbell Boulevard and Purple Heart Parkway in the early hours of March 24th. Before the crash, officers observed him swerving over the right travel lane and the fog line as he approached the red light. They approached his silver Jeep and noticed he showed multiple signs of inebriation and reeked of alcohol. Upon request, he consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and then agreed to provide a blood sample after being informed of implied consent. Gafney was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Deborah Neely assaults multiple officers at CTS Bus Stop on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

30-year-old Deborah Neely was involved in an assault on the city bus at Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 22nd. Officers Darrius Robinson and Brent Read made contact with Neely. As both officers spoke to Neely, she made a comment to Read, telling him that she was going to slit his throat as she put a sharp object in a nearby bag. While Officer Read was searching Neely, she headbutted him in the face. Officers attempted to place Neely inside a patrol car, but while doing so, she spit on Sgt Hurt. Deborah Neely was transported to booking, where she was charged with two counts of assault against 1st responder.

Christopher Vermillion strangles wife on patio, tells her he “could throw her off if he wanted to.”

37-year-old Christopher Bryant Vermillion had a domestic altercation with his wife, Teresa Lawrenczk, at their East Knollwood Circle apartment in the early hours of March 24th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Lawrenczk, who advised them that she and Vermillion had an ongoing dispute. Then, she alleged that during their argument on the back patio, Vermillion put his hands around her throat, squeezed, and told her that he “could throw her off if he wanted to.” When officers spoke with him, Vermillion denied the claims but confirmed they had consistently argued throughout the day. Vermillion was taken into custody for domestic aggravated assault.

20-year-old Andy Torres was seen swerving in a black Audi on Highway 12 on March 24th. When officers came into contact with Torres, they observed an open can of Modelo beer. While speaking with Torres, officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Torres consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Officers informed Torres of implied consent, so he agreed to a breathalyzer which came back .102% BAC. Andy Torres was then taken into custody and charged with underage driving while impaired, open container law, and improper lane use.

Dajour Wreh caught with handgun,14 grams of marijuana after driving on suspended license

27-year-old Dajour Marrec Wreh was taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, schedule VI drug violations, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony on March 24th.  At 11:45 p.m. on March 23rd, officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Ford Explorer on Providence Boulevard. Officers observed the registered owner, Wreh, had a suspended license for failing to maintain proof of financial responsibility in December 2022. When officers approached the Explorer, they noticed Wreh reeked of marijuana, giving them probable cause to search the SUV. During the search, officers located a little over a half ounce of marijuana, 14.175 grams, a digital scale, an empty box of baggies, corner bags, US currency, and a Taurus handgun. Wreh’s money was seized in accordance with the Tennessee Drug Control Act. Wreh was detained and taken into custody on March 24th.

DUI: Deon Mister found passed out drunk in his car at Top Dogg Liquors

28-year-old Deon Christopher Mister, an LG employee, was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his car with the engine running at Top Dogg Liquors on Wilma Rudolph late March 23rd. Officers observed this and approached the car, noticing Mister showed signs of impairment. Once Mister exited the vehicle, reeking of alcohol, officers deemed him unable to operate the vehicle. During a subsequent search, officers found a firearm and two small bottles of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey in his pockets. Then, officers discovered Mister had a prior DUI conviction in December 2023.  Mister agreed to provide a breath sample, resulting in 0.156 BAC%. Mister was taken into custody for an open container violation, driving under the influence, and possession of a weapon while under the influence on March 24th.

Heather Williams scratches ex-boyfriend’s face during altercation

35-year-old Heather Marie Williams had a domestic dispute with William Bennett, her roommate and ex-boyfriend, at his Highway 41-A South residence on March 24th. When officers arrived, they observed Bennett had multiple bleeding scratches on his face. Bennett advised officers that Williams had come downstairs, where he was lying down in his bed. Williams then tried to remove Bennett’s blanket and scratched his face. She refused to cooperate with the officers’ investigation and speak about the incident. Williams was taken into custody for domestic assault.
